A power pack assembly includes a housing extending axially about a longitudinal axis. The power pack assembly also includes a circuit board having a board main portion covered by the housing and having a first board extended segment extending radially away from the longitudinal axis and out of the housing and uncovered by the housing. The power pack assembly further includes at least one logic connector disposed on the first board extended segment of the circuit board.

The present invention provides a multi-wavelength spectral thermometry based on mobile narrow-band window and optimization and belongs to the field of thermal radiation temperature detection. A continuous spectrum of a thermal radiation object is collected by a spectrometer; the spectrum of the thermal radiation object is denoised, windowed and standardized; the whole detection wavelength range is traversed within an appropriate narrow-band window; through comparison with windowed and standardized black-body radiation spectra at different temperatures in a corresponding spectral window, the temperature and emissivity distribution of the thermal radiation object is calculated with high accuracy without depending on emissivity model estimation, and high universality and noise resistance are achieved.

A motor vehicle electric motor assembly includes a motor housing having an annular wall extending from a housing first end to an opposite housing second end about a central axis to bound a cavity. The housing first end has a base configured to support a bearing housing. A motor shaft extends along the central axis between a shaft first end and a shaft second end. A rotor is fixed to the shaft for rotation about the central axis. A stator is supported by the annular wall in radially spaced relation from the rotor. A bearing is fixed in the bearing housing to support the shaft first end for rotation about the central axis. An end cover assembly is fixed to the housing second end. The end cover assembly has a motor shaft opening with a periphery of the motor shaft opening supporting the shaft second end for rotation about the central axis.

Disclosed in the present invention is a visual monitoring method for cross-section temperature fields and radiation characteristics of boiler furnaces by combining radiation images and spectra. Image detectors can be directly inserted into observation holes of a boiler to acquire flame image data, so that when the detection system is applied to a power station boiler, extra holes are not required to be drilled, and therefore, there is no risk that the strength of a furnace wall of the boiler is reduced by drilling holes. According to cross-section temperature fields of a furnace measured by the detection system, the state of combustion in the furnace can be accurately judged, which can play an accurate and effective guiding role in boiler combustion control, and reduce the temperature deviation in each combustion area of the boiler so as to keep the boiler running smoothly, thereby improving the combustion efficiency of the boiler.

An electric power steering system includes an electric motor including a motor output shaft. The system also includes a worm operatively coupled to the motor output shaft. The system further includes a worm gear in contact with the worm and operatively coupled to an auxiliary shaft. The system yet further includes a drive gear operatively coupled to the auxiliary shaft. The system also includes a driven gear in contact with the drive gear and operatively coupled to an input shaft to drive a manual recirculating ball steering gear.

Technical solutions for a motor assembly for an electric power steering system are provided. The motor assembly comprises a motor configured to rotate a motor shaft to apply a drive torque to an output shaft of a steering column. The motor assembly also comprises a circuit card assembly including a torque and angle sensor disposed upon a printed circuit board and configured to measure a differential angle between rotational positions of the output shaft and an input shaft. The printed circuit board of the circuit card assembly is disposed perpendicular to a rotational axis of the steering column. The motor assembly also comprises an enclosure coupled to the motor and containing the circuit card assembly and a worm shaft coupled to rotate with the motor shaft and having a worm disposed helically thereabout for driving a worm gear coupled to the output shaft.

A method for controlling an electronic power steering system may include receiving, at an electronic power steering controller, at least one signal from at least one sensor and generating, by the electronic power steering controller using the at least one signal, a first autonomous steering command. The method may also include receiving, from a domain controller at the electronic power steering controller, a second autonomous steering command and comparing, by the electronic power steering controller, the first autonomous steering command and the second autonomous steering command. The method may also include selectively controlling, by the electronic power steering controller, the electronic power steering system using one of the first autonomous steering command and the second autonomous steering command, based on the comparison of the first autonomous steering command and the second autonomous steering command.

A position measurement system for a steering system includes a steering shaft. The position measurement system also includes a worm gear coupled to the steering shaft. The position measurement system further includes a worm in meshed engagement with the worm gear, the worm driven by a motor. The position measurement system yet further includes a first sensor operatively coupled to the worm to detect an angular position of the worm and the motor that drives the worm. The position measurement system also includes a driving gear coupled to the steering shaft. The position measurement system further includes a spur gear in meshed engagement with the driving gear. The position measurement system yet further includes a second sensor operatively coupled to the spur gear to detect an angular position of the spur gear.

Disclosed is a low-voltage DC power distribution fast switching device. The device includes a positive output terminal electrically connected to a positive pole of a load, and no less than two switching circuits connected in parallel with each other; the switching circuit includes a positive input terminal electrically connected to a positive pole of common negative power supplies, a supplementary diode cluster composed of no less than one diode connected in series, and a thyristor connected between the positive input terminal and the positive output terminal; the positive input terminal is electrically connected to an anode of the supplementary diode cluster and an anode of the thyristor, and the positive output terminal is electrically connected to a cathode of the complementary diode cluster and a cathode of the thyristor.

An electric power steering system includes a mechanical linkage, first and second wheels, an electric motor, first and second speed sensors, and an electronic control unit. The linkage includes a steering column and a rack operatively engaged to the steering column. The first and second wheels are rotationally engaged to opposite ends of the rack. The motor is operatively attached to the linkage for providing steering assistance. The first and second speed sensors are configured to detect rotation speed of the respective first and second wheels. The unit is configured to receive first and second rotational speed signals from the respective first and second speed sensors, and calculate a first rotational speed differential between the first and second wheels to facilitate an estimation of a steering column angular position for controlling the electric motor.
