Introduced is a connector assembly in which a CPA member, which assists in fastening a first connector and a second connector, securely connects the first connector and the second connector, and prevents a short circuit of an electrical signal, may be automatically inserted.

Connector assembly

A joint connector includes a cap, a plug received in the cap in a mounting direction, and a clip mounted along the mounting direction to fix the cap and the plug, wherein the plug comprises a flexible locking element configured to simultaneously fix the cap and the clip. The locking element is connected to the plug deformably in a vertical direction with respect to the plug.

A connector includes a connector housing including: a plurality of insertion holes; a plurality of connection terminals inserted into some of the plurality of insertion holes and configured to be electrically connected to a first set of a plurality of tab terminals of a sensor unit; and a joint terminal accommodated inside the connector housing. The joint terminal includes at least one grounding terminal part electrically connected to at least one of a second set of the plurality of tab terminals and a joint connection part electrically connected to a ground connection terminal, which is one of the plurality of connection terminals.

Connector

A female terminal into which a male terminal is inserted and electrically connected is provided. The female terminal includes a housing having an internal cavity into which the male terminal is inserted and a clip that is bent from an end portion of the housing toward the internal cavity and extended in a length direction in which the male terminal is inserted. The clip has a region electrically connected to the male terminal. A plurality of cut apertures are formed in the length direction in a region of the clip at least in contact with the male terminal to be spaced apart from each other in a width direction. Accordingly, the clip and the male terminal are in contact with each other in a plurality of positions.
