Base of magnetic component

A magnetic assembly includes a magnetic core, two windings, and a base. The windings are arranged around the magnetic core, and each of the windings has two leading sections. The base carries the magnetic core, and comprises a frame part, a pin base, and two first pins and two second pins disposed on the pin base. The pin base is connected with the frame part, and has four through holes. Two first pins are disposed in two of the through holes, and two second pins are disposed in the other two of the through holes. Each of the first pins and the second pins has two extending parts extended from the first surface and the second surface respectively, and the leading sections of the windings are connected with the first pins and the second pins respectively. Therefore, the advantages of decreasing the production costs and product standardization are achieved.

Magnetic assembly and base thereof

A magnetic element includes a first magnetic core, a second magnetic core, an intermediate magnetic core, a first winding coil, and a second winding coil. The intermediate magnetic core is arranged between the first magnetic core and the second magnetic core. After the first magnetic core and the intermediate magnetic core are coupled with each other, a first winding space and a first air gap are defined. After the second magnetic core and the intermediate magnetic core are coupled with each other, a second winding space and a second air gap are defined. The first winding coil is disposed within the first winding space and arranged around the first air gap. The second winding coil is disposed within the second winding space and arranged around the second air gap. The first winding coil and the second winding coil are connected with each other in series.

Magnetic element with multiple air gaps

A conductive winding assembly combining a bent conduction sheet member and a covering member is provided. The bent conduction sheet member has a channel. The covering member includes a connection part, a first lateral plate, a second lateral plate, and a hollow part. A first groove is arranged between the first lateral plate and the connection part. A second groove is arranged between the second lateral plate and the connection part. The bent conduction sheet member is inserted into the covering member through the first groove and the second groove, and the connection part is inserted into the channel. The bent conduction sheet member is partially accommodated within the hollow part, and the bent conduction sheet member is partially exposed outside the covering member through the hollow part.
