A motor base includes a bottom plate and at least one vibration reduction unit. The bottom plate has opposite top and bottom surfaces. A shaft-coupling portion is arranged on the top surface. The at least one vibration reduction unit encloses the shaft-coupling portion. Each of the at least one vibration reduction unit includes at least one protrusion and at least one groove. The at least one protrusion is arranged on one of the top and bottom surfaces. The at least one groove is correspondingly arranged on the other one of the top and bottom surfaces.

Motor base

An encapsulated stator includes a driving module coupled to a shaft tube. The driving module includes a silicon steel plate unit. A coil unit is wound around the silicon steel plate unit. A jacket is mounted to an outer periphery of the silicon steel plate unit of the driving module. The jacket includes an inner face and an outer face opposite to the inner face. The inner face of the jacket faces the driving module. An encapsulant is bonded to the driving module, the jacket, and the shaft tube. The encapsulant encapsulates the driving module. The encapsulant partially encapsulates the outer face of the jacket.

Encapsulated stator

A stator manufacturing method for a motor includes an assembling step coupling a magnetic driving assembly onto an outer circumferential wall of a shaft tube, a mold combining step disposing the shaft tube and the magnetic driving assembly in an intra-cavity of a fixture unit, a glue injecting and forming step injecting a filling glue into the intra-cavity, with the filling glue solidifying into a protective glue coating with which the shaft tube and magnetic driving assembly are coated, a mold removing step removing the fixture unit from the shaft tube, magnetic driving assembly and protective glue coating, and a shaft tube seat coupling step providing a shaft tube seat having an engaging portion and coupling the engaging portion with the shaft tube, allowing the shaft tube, the magnetic driving assembly, the protective glue coating and the shaft tube seat to be coupled together to form a stator for the motor.

Stator manufacturing method for a motor and a stator manufactured using the same

A motor includes a base, a stator, a rotor, a circuit board and a heat-conducting insulator. The base includes a cooling plate. The stator is coupled to the base. The rotor is rotatably coupled to the base and aligned with the stator. The circuit board is received in the base and electrically connected to the stator. The heat-conducting insulator is disposed between the cooling plate and the circuit board, and abuts with the cooling plate and one face of the circuit board.
