The present disclosure is a method and a system for dynamically switching transmission modes to increase reliability in unlicensed controlled environments (UCEs). The system includes a user equipment (UE) to execute the method. When a next generation Node B (gNB) cannot successfully receive or decode data transmitted by the UE, the UE will receive a dynamic grant (DG) signal transmitted by the gNB. When the UE can receive the DG signal, the UE will start a configured grant (CG) timer and count a CG counter, and the UE will calculate a CG weight. The UE determines communication quality between the UE and the gNB according to the CG weight. When the CG weight is greater than a CG threshold, the UE determines communication quality is bad, and switches to a CG transmission mode to increase reliability for transmitting the data. Therefore, spectrum usage efficiency in the UCEs can be improved.

Method and system for dynamically switching transmission modes to increase reliability in unlicensed controlled environments

A wireless device, a base station, a random access method and a preamble configuration method are provided. The mobile communication system defines a plurality of preambles, a plurality of low priority preamble sets, and a high priority preamble set. The low priority preamble sets have a strict partial order relationship therebetween. The high priority preamble set and the highest-order low priority preamble set are independent from each other. When requiring random access from a base station, the wireless device randomly selects a preamble from the low priority preamble sets to transmit a random access request message to the base station by using the selected preamble. When the request for random access fails, the wireless device with low priority randomly reselects a preamble from the higher-order low priority preamble set, and the wireless device with high priority randomly reselects a preamble from the high priority preamble set.

The disclosure is related to a system and a method for avoiding abnormal vehicle. In the method, the avoidance system predicts multiple routes for the abnormal vehicle within a period of time according to historical data when an alert from the abnormal vehicle is generated. A route-potential figure can be created when the system gets the historical data. The system computes one or more available routes for the nearby vehicle based on its vehicle information when a collision is possible. Every available route has its collision risk value. The system finally provides a recommended route with lower collision risk value when it considers a time of the abnormal vehicle reaches its great change, a time of predicting the nearby vehicle meets the range of route-potential figure, and a safety distance there-between.

System and method for informing nearby vehicle to avoid a moving vehicle which is malfunctioning

A wireless device and a random access method thereof for a mobile communication system are provided. The mobile communication system defines a plurality of preambles. The wireless device receives a system message carrying a random access success rate from a base station, and divides the preambles into N preamble subsets according to the random access success rate. The N preamble subsets have a strict partial order relationship therebetween. The union of the N preamble subsets consists of the preambles. When requesting random access from the base station, the wireless device randomly selects a preamble from the smallest preamble subset. When a preamble collision occurs, the wireless device reselects a preamble from the larger preamble subset gradually for the random access.

Wireless device and random access method thereof for mobile communication system

A scene switching system and method applicable to a plurality of media channels and a recording medium thereof are provided, which are used for switching and playing scenes for a plurality of media channels. Such a system includes a channel connection module and a media switching module. The channel connection module acquires first media data and second media data from a first media channel and a second media channel. The media switching module, when determining that a first switching setting corresponding to the first media data is set to be activated and the second media data is being played, analyzes whether a first playing scene of the first media data agrees with scene demand data of the first switching setting, and decides whether to perform switching processing on the first playing scene according to the first switching setting.

The signal transmission method comprises the following steps of transmitting a signal with a first signal transmission mode and a first transmission power via a signal transmission channel; receiving a signal to noise ratio (SNR) of the signal; receiving an interference value of the signal transmission channel; obtaining a power weight value according to the interference value; determining a system threshold of the signal transmission channel to the SNR of the signal; determining a second signal transmission mode of the signal transmission channel based on the system threshold; and determining a second transmission power of the signal transmission channel according to the power weight value.

A mobile communication method includes the following steps: several first base stations and at least one second base station are provided. Wherein, each of the first base stations can cover a smaller area than the second base station can. A registration signal is received from a mobile communication device. If the registration signal is received through one of the first base stations, service is provided to the mobile communication device through the first base station receiving the registration signal, and a first base station list, which includes information of the first base stations, is transmitted to the mobile communication device. The mobile communication device measures signal strength of the first base stations according to the first base station list. The mobile communication device transmits another registration signal to the first base station with the strongest measured signal strength.

A data transmission system for dynamically adjusting a protocol data unit (PDU) length and a method thereof are provided. The data transmission system at least includes a transmitting terminal and a receiving terminal. After a connection is established between the transmitting terminal and the receiving terminal, data is transmitted through a predetermined first data message PDU. When the receiving terminal found that an error rate of the PDU is excessively high, a second data message PDU length is calculated, and the transmitting terminal is informed to use the most appropriate PDU length to transmit data. The data transmission system dynamically adjusts the PDU length to achieve the effect of enhancing the data transmission capacity, so as to solve the problems concerning power consumption and interference between users caused by the process of enhancing the data transmission capacity by way of increasing the transmission power.
