A stereoscopic conductive fabric includes a basement yarn layer, a conductive yarn, and a support yarn. The basement yarn layer includes plural warp yarns arranged coursewise and parallel to each other and plural course yarns arranged warpwise and parallel to each other. The course yarns are interwoven with the warp yarns to form the basement yarn layer. The conductive yarn is arranged coursewise and interwoven with the course yarns in a skip manner to form plural conductive structures protruding from a surface of the basement yarn layer. The support yarn is arranged coursewise and interwoven with the course yarns in a skip manner to form plural pressing structures protruding from another surface of the basement yarn layer. A module for detecting electrical signals from body skin applying the stereoscopic conductive fabric is also disclosed.

Module for detecting electrical signals from body skin

A conductive textile is provided, including warp and weft, and the warp and the weft are interwoven. The warp includes a signal-transmitting unit, an electrical connecting unit, and at least a first warp conductive fiber. The signal-transmitting unit consists of a first signal-transmitting cable and a second signal-transmitting cable, which are intertwined. Each of the first signal-transmitting cable and the second signal-transmitting cable includes a central conductive fiber and an outer insulating layer. The electrical connecting unit consists of a first power cable and a second power cable. The first warp conductive fiber is disposed between the signal-transmitting unit and the electrical connecting unit. The weft includes a weft conductive fiber.

Conductive textile

A weaving machine for weaving a strong fabric on a surface of a linear light-emitting module is provided. The weaving machine includes a warp let-off mechanism, a drop wire, a plurality of heald frames, a picking mechanism, a beating-up mechanism, and a take-up mechanism. The warp let-off mechanism provides and transmits a plurality of warps and the linear light-emitting module. The heald eye of each heald frame allows the warps and the linear light-emitting module to pass through. The heald frames are located between the warp let-off mechanism and the beating-up mechanism. The take-up mechanism is suitable for adjusting and controlling latitude density of the strong fabric, wherein the take-up mechanism has a set of grooves corresponding to the linear light-emitting module.

Weaving machine

A linear light-emitting module including a conducting line, a plurality of LED packages, and a plurality of package colloid is provided. The conducting line includes a pair of conducting wires which are isolated from each other and a light-guiding insulating material. The light-guiding insulating material partially covers the conducting wires so as to expose a plurality of local portions. The LED packages are disposed between the conducting wires, and each of the LED packages is electrically connected to one of the local portions, wherein each LED package has a light-emergence surface, and the light-emergence surface is substantially perpendicular to an extension direction of the corresponding local portion. The package colloid cover the LED packages and the local portions. A textile product having the foregoing linear light-emitting module is also provided.

Linear light-emitting module and textile product having the same

A textile structure for detecting body surface electrical signals of human is provided. The textile structure includes a non-conductive textile, a conductive textile, and a plurality of test terminals. The non-conductive textile covers the human body. The conductive textile has a first region, a second region, and a third region. The first region is interdigitated into but not electrically coupled to the third region. The first to third test terminals are respectively coupled to the first to third regions of the conductive textile. The first and second test terminals are used for detecting ECG signals. The first and third test terminals are used for detecting respiratory signals.

Textile structure for detecting body surface electrical signals of human and signal detector using the same

A fabric for detecting vital signals from human body includes a layer of fabric and electrically conductive yarns. The layer of fabric is formed of weft and warp electrically insulating yarns woven together. Electrically conductive yarns is woven in parallel with weft or warp electrically insulating yarns and interval-spaced from one another. Each of the electrically conductive yarns has a wave-shaped detecting section. All wave crests of the wave-shaped detecting section are protruded out of a surface of the layer of fabric while all wave troughs of the wave-shaped detecting section are woven within the layer of fabric. Each of electrically conductive yarns has its all wave crests misaligned in position with all wave crests of its immediately adjacent electrically conductive yarn. Each of electrically conductive yarns has its all wave troughs misaligned in position with all wave troughs of its immediately adjacent electrically conductive yarn.
