The disclosure relates to a self-cooling motor and a hot-air-circulation device using the same. The self-cooling motor includes a housing, a stator assembly, a rotor assembly and an impeller. The housing includes a sleeve and a bottom plate. The sleeve has a first end and a second end opposite to each other. The bottom plate is disposed adjacent to the first end and forms an inlet facing a radial direction. The rotor assembly coupled to the stator assembly includes a shaft extending outside the housing along an axial direction. The impeller is fixed to the shaft and is adjacent to the second end to form an outlet facing the radial direction. When the shaft drives the impeller to rotate, the airflow enters through the inlet and is discharged from the outlet in the radial direction.

Self-cooling motor and hot-air-circulation device using the same

A variable-frequency motor device that runs on alternating current includes a first converting circuit, a second converting circuit, and a DC variable-frequency motor. An operation module is coupled to the variable-frequency motor device, and provides the alternating current to the first or second converting circuit. The first converting circuit receives the alternating current, and generates a first rotation-speed signal. The second converting circuit receives the alternating current, and generates a second rotation-speed signal. The DC variable-frequency motor is driven at a rotation speed according to the first or second rotation-speed signal.

Variable-frequency motor device and fan thereof

A motor includes a base plate, a stator, a rotor, a circuit board and a Hall element. The stator is disposed on the base plate. The rotor is disposed around the stator, and includes a rotating shaft and a magnetic assembly. The rotating shaft is extended to a center part of the stator. The magnetic assembly includes plural magnets. The circuit board is arranged between the stator and the base plate and comprises a Hall element. A first gap and a second gap are arranged between every two adjacent magnets. The first gap is in the vicinity of the Hall element, and opposed to the second gap. The distance of a vacant portion of the first gap is shorter than the distance of the second gap, thereby facilitating continuous and steady magnetic induction between the Hall element and the magnetic assembly.

Fan and motor thereof

A fan including an impeller structure, a rotor structure and a stator structure is disclosed. The impeller structure includes a hub and a plurality of blades disposed around the outer periphery of the hub. The rotor structure includes a shaft and a magnetic element. The shaft is disposed through the magnetic element and connected to the hub. The magnetic element includes at least one terminal surface in the axial direction, and at least one receptacle is formed on the terminal surface. The stator structure is disposed around the outer periphery of the magnetic element. The heat dissipation system and the fan thereof can improve the reliability of the motor at high rotating speed effectively and prolong the lifetime of the shaft.
