A wrist mechanism includes a first rotation unit, a second rotation unit, a first brake pad, and a first brake plate. The first rotation unit includes a first motor, a first rotating shaft that is connected to the first motor, and a first encoder. The first motor is operable to drive the first rotating shaft to rotate about a first axis. The first encoder measures an angle of rotation of the first rotating shaft. The second rotation unit is co-rotatable with the first rotating shaft about the first axis. The first brake pad is connected to the first rotating shaft. The first brake plate is operable to move relative to the first brake pad along the first axis. When the first brake plate is urged to move along the first axis to abut against the first brake pad, the rotation of the first rotating shaft is stopped.

Wrist mechanism for a mechanical arm

An actuator device includes a base body that defines a receiving space. A first end subunit has a ventilation hole, a first oil injection hole, and a first oil injection nozzle extending from the first oil injection hole into the receiving space. A second end subunit is connected to the base body. A sliding unit is slidable relative to the base body, and has a slide table, a nut seat connected to the slide table, and a connection hole connected to the slide table and the base body. A pressure relief unit is mounted in the ventilation hole for allowing air to be discharged from the receiving space to an external environment. A driving unit is operable for driving movement of the sliding unit.

Actuator device

An actuator device includes a base unit, a sliding unit, and a scraping unit. The base unit includes a base seat defining a receiving space, two magnets mounted to the base seat, and a steel belt that covers the receiving space and that is attracted to the magnets. The sliding unit is disposed on the base unit, and includes a sliding table that has a pass channel through which the steel belt extends. A nut seat is connected to the sliding table. The scraping unit is mounted to the sliding unit, and includes a scraping member that abuts against the steel belt. A threaded shaft is connected to a nut seat, such that a driving member is operable to drive rotation of the threaded shaft to thereby move the sliding unit along the threaded shaft relative to the base unit.

An air-floating guide rail device includes a guide rail unit, a slider unit, and a linear motor unit. The guide rail unit includes a guide rail body and two air-floating block sets made of a material different from that of the guide rail body and each including top and side air-floating blocks. The slider unit includes a main sliding seat and two lateral sliding seats connected integrally to the main sliding seat and each having first and second guiding surfaces transverse to each other and disposed respectively adjacent to corresponding top and side air-floating blocks, and first and second air guiding passages connecting the first and second guiding surfaces to the external environment. The linear motor unit includes a stator and a mover mounted fixedly to the main sliding seat and movable relative to the stator for driving linear movement of the slider unit relative to the guide rail unit.

Air-floating guide rail

A sliding table device includes a base unit, a sliding unit and a cover plate. The sliding unit includes two rails, two sliding blocks disposed respectively and slidably on the rails and each having an oil inlet, and a sliding seat mounted co-movably on the sliding blocks. The sliding seat includes a main portion having a flow passage and an insertion hole that interconnects the flow passage and external environment, two fixed portions mounted respectively to the sliding blocks and each having a connecting passage that communicates with the flow passage, and two guiding portions formed respectively on the fixed portions and each having a guiding passage that communicates with the corresponding connecting passage and the corresponding oil inlet. The cover plate covers a portion of the main portion, and the insertion hole is not covered by the cover plate.

Sliding table device

A sliding table assembly includes a sliding seat unit slidably mounted to a base unit. Two auxiliary sliding seats are slidably mounted to the base unit and disposed on two sides of the sliding seat unit. A connection member is connected between the auxiliary sliding seats. Two roller sets are respectively mounted to the auxiliary sliding seats. Each roller set has rollers to roll on the base unit. A driving screw rod is coupled to the sliding seat unit and embraced by the auxiliary seats. When the sliding unit is moved by the driving screw rod, it pushes the auxiliary sliding seats to slide together therewith.

Sliding table assembly

A rotary apparatus includes a casing having a top sunk opening and an axial hole that are coaxially with each other along an axial line. A top adjusting disc unit is fixed in the top sunk opening, and has a top inner surrounding surface and a top outer surrounding surface. A top inner hole of the top inner surrounding surface extends along a central line parallel to and offset from the axial line. The top outer surrounding surface is non-coaxial with the top inner surrounding wall. A passive gear unit is disposed in the axial hole, and is driven by an active gear unit that is driven by a drive unit in the casing. The passive gear unit has an output shaft extending along the central line. A top bearing is clamped between the top support portion and the top inner surrounding surface of the top adjusting disc unit.

Rotary apparatus

A motor for an electric cylinder includes a motor body, an encoder, a rotor coupling portion and an encoder fixing portion. The motor body includes a rotor having a shaft hole through which a rotating shaft extends. The encoder is installed on the motor body and includes a fixing ring fixed on the rotating shaft, a magnet holder combined with the fixing ring, an encoder magnet mounted on the magnet holder, and a magnetic sensor opposite to the encoder magnet. The magnet holder is rotatable relative to the fixing ring to adjust the magnetic pole position of the encoder magnet relative to the magnetic sensor. The rotor coupling portion is arranged on the rotor and fixed to the rotating shaft at a first corresponding position. The encoder fixing portion is arranged on the fixing ring and fixed with the rotating shaft at a second corresponding position.

Motor for electric cylinder and encoder for motor

A sliding table includes a sliding seat having a seat body made from a first material and disposed between two main rigid rails parallel with each other. The seat body has two opposite rail recesses opening toward the main rigid rails, and two inner cyclic track holes disposed between the rail recesses. Two seat body rigid rails made from a second material harder than the first material are fixed in the rail recesses to confront the main rigid rails. Two roller belt modules are arranged in two cyclic track members overmolded to the seat body. When the seat body moves along the main rigid rails, each roller belt module circulates along one of the cyclic track members.

Sliding table

A mechanical device includes a worm and two swing units disposed in a housing. Each swing unit has a pivot member and a swing member meshing with the worm. The swing member has an arcuate cam slot that has a first end and a second end. A rail is fixed to the housing above the swing units and the worm. Two sliders are connected to the swing units. Each slider has a slide block engaging the rail, an extension arm, and a protrusion protruding from the extension arm and inserted into the arcuate cam slot to slide between the first and second ends of the arcuate cam slot when the worm drives the swing member to swing.

Mechanical device for moving two machine parts toward or away from each other

A coil assembly includes coil units connected to a coil base. Each coil unit includes top, intermediate and bottom coil modules, each of which has spaced-apart first and second interaction sides, and two non-interaction sides connected to the first and second interaction sides to form an accommodating space. The first interaction sides of the intermediate and bottom coil modules are juxtaposed with each other in the accommodating space of the top coil module. The second interaction sides of the top and intermediate coil modules are juxtaposed with each other in the accommodating space of the bottom coil module. An ironless motor includes a magnetic rail assembly and the aforesaid coil assembly.

Ironless linear motor

A slide rail device includes a track member, and a slider unit that includes a slider being slidable along the track member and having a recess which is cooperatively defined by two inner side faces and an inner connecting face connected between the inner side faces, and two block boards fixedly fastened to the inner connecting face. The slide rail device further includes a linear motor unit that includes a rotor connected to the inner connecting face and cooperating with the inner connecting face, the inner side faces and the block boards to define a filling space, and a heat dissipating member that fills the filling space, and that is seamlessly connected between the rotor and the slider unit.

Slide rail device and method of manufacturing the same

A circulator structure includes a main body, a Y-like groove and two return channels. The main body has a first side surface, a second side surface and a through hole. The Y-like groove includes a first oil-guiding groove, a second oil-guiding groove and an oil distribution groove. The first oil-guiding groove and the second oil-guiding groove are located at two opposite sides of the through hole, and the oil distribution groove is located below the through hole. A lower guiding end of the first oil-guiding groove and a lower guiding end of the second oil-guiding groove are respectively connected to the oil distribution groove. The oil distribution groove has an upper end distribution opening connected to the through hole and a lower end distribution opening. The return channels are respectively located on two opposite sides of the first side surface and are connected to the lower end distribution opening.

Circulator structure and slider device using the same

A lubricating tube includes an inner surrounding surface that has a non-circular cross-section, angularly spaced-apart inner lubricant-storing recesses, and guide surface portions each of which is interconnected between two adjacent ones of the inner lubricant-storing recesses. The inner lubricant-storing recesses and the guide surface portions constitute the inner surrounding surface and cooperatively define a roller passage hole. The inner lubricant-storing recesses are indented from the guide surface portions toward the outer surrounding surface. A slide rail device having the lubricating tube is also disclosed.
