There is provided a motor having a sensor disposable at a desired position. The motor comprises a frame (), a rotor, a stator, a substrate () provided in the stator, and a sensor () provided at the substrate (). The substrate () includes a surface facing the rotor, and an outer peripheral portion (). In the outer peripheral portion () of the substrate (), a contact portion () contacting an inner peripheral portion () of the frame () is provided. In the inner peripheral portion () of the frame (), contacted portions (), () contacting the outer peripheral portion () of the substrate () are provided. In at least one of the contact portion () and the contacted portion (), (), a projecting portion (), () projecting toward another of the contact portion and the contacted portion is provided.

Motor

A disk-rotating motor includes a rotor section including a rotor magnet attached to a rotor frame and a shaft fixed to a center of the rotor frame, and a stator section including a shaft-bearing which bears the shaft, wherein the stator section includes the shaft-bearing, a shaft-bearing housing which holds the shaft-bearing, a thrust plate which bears the shaft in an axis direction, a stator core which is arranged to face the rotor magnet and provided with wire-winding, a core holder which holds the stator core, and a bracket which holds the shaft-bearing housing. The bracket has a projecting part which fixes the shaft-bearing at a central part thereof, an inner diameter part of the shaft-bearing is press-fitted to be tightened to the projecting part, and an outer diameter part of the shaft-bearing housing is adhered to be tightened to an inner diameter part of the core holder.

Disk-rotating motor and disk-driving device

There is provided a disk clamping mechanism that supports a disk on a turntable unit under pressure by an attractive force produced between a clamping magnet and a damper constituted in a rotor unit, wherein the clamping magnet is directly fixed at the upper surface of a rotor frame including the turntable unit, and further, the upper surface of the clamping magnet is covered with a centering member for centering the disk.

In a separation preventing mechanism used in a brushless motor, an insertion section is formed into a separation preventing member () using resin, which has a form difficult to shape with a metal pressed part, and to which a latching member () can be inserted by combining rotation and shaft-direction insertion, making it easy to disassemble it after assembly and size adjustment.

Brushless motor with bearing and bearing housing

A method of manufacturing a rotary driving device is disclosed. The method includes the steps of: mounting a turntable, which is equipped with an anti-slipping section on a disc-placeable surface, to a rotary shaft; rotating the turntable; and shaving off a disc-contact surface, with which a disc contacts when the disc is placed, of the anti-slipping section with a cutting tool through a cutting off machining method from outside of the disc-placeable surface toward the rotary shaft. A cutting edge of the cutting tool is placed widthwise in parallel with an end face of the anti-slipping section and thickness-wise along an axial direction of the rotary shaft. The cutting edge is set such that the sections of the tool other than the cutting edge do not touch the anti-slipping section.

Method of manufacturing rotary driving device by shaving a surface of a turntable with a cutting tool having a flat cutting edge

Fluid bearing mechanisms (and) are formed between a shaft () and a central part () of an oil impregnated sintered sleeve (). The oil impregnated sintered sleeve () has such an inner surface formed to be larger in aperture ratio at a thrust support end () and a loading end () than at a central part (). With this configuration, it is possible to achieve a brushless motor which can suppress an increase in bearing loss while obtaining necessary bearing stiffness at high rpm.

Brushless motor and method of manufacturing the same

A hole piercing a bracket and another hole piercing a circuit board are formed at places between adjacent two salient poles among a plurality of salient poles of a stator core and the places correspond to tips of the two salient poles. A relative position between a hall element mounted on the circuit board and the stator core can be adjusted with a jig through those holes.

Brushless motor

The present invention provides a low vibration brushless motor for reducing the vibration of the motor in an axial direction. In the brushless motor, a bearing is provided in a bearing boss, a shaft is held by the bearing, an end face of the shaft is contacting a thrust receiving member, and the shaft is rotatably axially supported by the bearing. The brushless motor includes a permanent magnet for attracting the end face of the shaft in the thrust direction with the thrust receiving member therebetween, and a bottom receiving part for supporting the permanent magnet, wherein the bearing boss, bearing, shaft, and bottom receiving part are made of a magnetic material, and a closed magnetic path is formed so that a magnetic flux passes through the permanent magnet, bottom receiving part, bearing boss, bearing, and shaft.
