In order to provide a rubber composition which is improved in dispersibility of silica in rubber compositions and can be improved as well in heat build-up and processability without causing increasing a viscosity of unvulcanized rubber and retarding a vulcanization rate, and a tire prepared by using the same, the rubber composition is endowed with a constitution in which at least one rubber component selected from natural rubber and/or diene base synthetic rubbers is compounded with a white filler and at least one of monoalkanolamides represented by the following Formula (I): [in Formula (I) described above, Rrepresents an alkyl group or an alkenyl group having 1 to 13 carbon atoms, and the alkyl group and alkenyl group may be any of a linear type, a branched type and a cyclic type; and Rrepresents a hydroxyalkyl group or a hydroxyalkyl group having an oxyalkylene unit].

Provided is a rubber composition capable of preventing discoloration due to an amine-based antiaging agent and wax without deteriorating the ozone resistance not only in cases where the rubber composition is used in side wall portions of tires but also in cases where the rubber composition is used in tread portions of tires. The rubber composition comprises at least one rubber component selected from a dienic synthetic rubber and a natural rubber and, as incorporated therein, at least one nonionic surfactant selected from specific compounds.

Rubber composition and tire using the same

The present invention is a method for manufacturing a rubber composition containing a rubber component, a resin, a reinforcing filler and a crosslinking agent, and the method contains: a first step of adding the resin to the rubber component to produce a master batch; a second step of kneading the master batch with the reinforcing filler to produce a filled master batch; and a third step of kneading the filled master batch with the crosslinking agent, thereby providing a rubber composition having higher elasticity and large breaking elongation.

Provided is a rubber composition that comprises a rubber component of at least one of natural rubber and synthetic rubber and a resin composition containing a novolak-type resorcin resin and a resol-type phenolic resin in which the content of the dimethylene ether group is within a specific range. Not using hexamethylenetetramine or hexamethoxymethylmelamine as a curing agent, the curability and the thermal stability of the resin composition have been enhanced; and the rubber composition has characteristics of high elasticity, large elongation at breakage and low heat generation. Also provided is a tire which comprises the rubber composition in the tire bead part thereof and, therefore, has improved durability in use thereof while concerning for the environmental safety.
