Techniques are described for user account matching based on natural language utterances. In an example, a computer system receives a set of words, a voice print, and offer data about an offer based at least in part on a natural language utterance at a user device. The computer system determines a set of user accounts based at least in part on the set of words and determines, from this set, a first user account based at least in part on the voice print. The first user account is associated with a first user identifier. The computer system determines that the offer is associated with a second user account that is further associated with a second user identifier. The computer system generates associations of the user accounts with user identifiers and with the offer.

User account matching based on a natural language utterance

The application describes an authentication process that incorporates voice commands with an HTTP interface module to perform a multifactor authentication (MFA) process. For example, a first computer system may initiate the MFA process by sending, with a HTTP interface module maintained by the first computer system, a request to initiate the MFA process to the second computer system. The MFA process may also transmit an one-time password (OTP) to a first user device. The first computer system may receive an audible recitation of the OTP from a second user device. The OTP may be parsed and used to generate an HTTP request. The HTTP interface module may send the HTTP request to the second computer system. When the second computer system authenticates the user based at least in part on the non-audible file, the first computer system may receive confirmation of authentication of the user to initiate the transaction.

Voice-based verification for multi-factor authentication challenges

A virtual world e-commerce platform enables creation of virtual worlds that allow users to explore virtual scenes populated with virtual objects. During this exploration, the users may identify physical items of interest for purchase, which the users may access at least partly via the virtual world. For example, when a user finds a virtual object that the user desires, the user may select that virtual object or otherwise interact with the virtual object to engage in an e-commerce transaction to consume a corresponding real-world item. The item may be physical item that is shipped to the user, a digital item, a service, and/or other types of consumable items. In some embodiments, the user may be able to consume the item within the virtual world. Virtual content may be tagged, which may allow associations to other virtual content and/or to real-world items.
