A device for increasing torque of a crankshaft pulley includes: a pulley surrounding a crankshaft and connected to engine accessories; a planetary gear set having first, second, and third rotary elements, wherein the rotary element is always fixed to the pulley, the second rotary element is always fixed to the crankshaft, and the third rotary element is operated as a selective fixed element; a one-way clutch disposed between the first rotary element and the second rotary element to transmit rotational force only in a direction from the first rotary element to the second rotary element; and a first bearing disposed between the crankshaft and the first rotary element.

Device for increasing torque of crankshaft pulley

A pulley assembly connecting an ISG driveshaft of an ISG and an engine to each other through a belt may include: a pulley member around which the belt is wound; a spring hub fixed to an internal peripheral surface of the pulley member; an ISG hub rotatably disposed when the ISG hub is distanced from an internal peripheral surface of the spring hub by a predetermined interval and connected to the ISG driveshaft; a limit device provided in the spring hub and ISG hub and limiting a rotation of the ISG hub to rotation by a predetermined rotation angle; and a plurality of leaf springs radially inserted into the spring hub in a circumferential direction thereof, and having one end portions fixed to the spring hub and the other end portions penetrating the ISG hub.

A power transmission system of hybrid electric vehicle may include an engine, a motor/generator, an input unit including a first input shaft, a second input shaft separately disposed on a same shaft as the first input shaft and an end portion of the second input shaft selectively connectable with the first input shaft in a state of being directly connected with the output side of the motor/generator, a first middle shaft disposed surrounding the first input shaft without rotational interference with the first input shaft to be selectively connectable with the first input shaft, and a second middle shaft including a hollow shaft and disposed surrounding the second input shaft without rotational interference with the second input shaft to be selectively connectable with the second input shaft, and an output shifter shifting torque of the input unit and outputting the shifted torque.

Power transmission system of hybrid electric vehicle

A decoupler is provided that includes a pulley around which a belt is wound. A sprag limiter is fixed to an interior circumference of the pulley and has protrusions formed at predetermined intervals in a circumferential direction on an interior circumference thereof. A sprag hub is disposed in the sprag limiter and has first apertures formed at predetermined intervals from an interior circumference to an exterior circumference thereof. A shaft hub is disposed in the sprag hub and has second apertures that are formed to correspond to the first apertures from an interior circumference to an exterior circumference thereof. Sprags having lower end portions are each inserted into the second apertures, central portions are each inserted into the first apertures, and upper end portions are in contact with the interior circumference of the sprag limiter, and allow the shaft hub to rotate in one direction based on the pulley movement.

Decoupler as one-way clutch

An integrated starter and generator (ISG) system of a vehicle includes: a planetary gear set including a sun gear, a planet carrier, and a ring gear as rotation elements of the planetary gear set; and an integrated starter and generator (ISG) functioning as a motor and a generator, and including a stator and a rotor. The planetary gear set and the ISG are disposed in a crankshaft pulley of an engine such that torque of a crankshaft of the engine is increased and is transmitted to the ISG when generating electricity and torque of the ISG is decreased and is transmitted to the crankshaft of the engine when starting.

A battery charging control system for a vehicle includes: a high voltage battery supplying power to a driver of the vehicle; an auxiliary battery supplying power to an electric load of the vehicle; a first voltage converter connecting between the high voltage battery and the auxiliary battery; a second voltage converter connecting between the high voltage battery and the electric load; a switch having one side connected to a circuit line between the first voltage converter and the auxiliary battery and the other side connected to a circuit line between the second voltage converter and the electric load; and a controller controlling a turn on/off of the first voltage converter and the second voltage converter and a turn on/off of the switch depending on whether the first voltage converter and the second voltage converter is broken and the auxiliary battery needs to be charged.

A control method for a clutch of a hybrid electric vehicle including a series and parallel type of hybrid transmission, may include determining whether the hybrid electric vehicle may be operating as the parallel type, determining a hydraulic pressure of the clutch according to a demand torque of a driver when the hybrid electric vehicle may be operating as the parallel type, determining a target value of torque blending which blends a front side torque of the clutch with a motor torque and performing the torque blending, increasing the target value of the torque blending until a clutch slip may be generated, stopping the torque blending when the clutch slip may be generated, and learning a hydraulic pressure of the clutch corresponding to the front side torque of the clutch at a time when the clutch slip may be generated.

Control method for clutch of hybrid electric vehicle

A hybrid powertrain and a method for controlling the powertrain are provided to convert an EV mode, a power slit mode, and a parallel mode based on a driving state. The powertrain includes an input shaft connected to an engine and first and second motors/generators installed within a transmission housing. A planetary gear set is installed on an input shaft and includes a combination of a sun gear, a planetary carrier, and a ring gear. A first output gear is connected to the second motor/generator and a second output gear is connected to the planetary carrier of the planetary gear set. A rotation restraint mechanism restricts a rotation of the input shaft. An overdrive brake is connected to the sun gear of the planetary gear set or the first motor/generator.
