Disclosed is a method of manufacturing an antibacterial cover window. The method includes a first step of preparing a substrate, a second step of forming a mask pattern on the substrate through a patterning process, a third step of forming an antibacterial layer on the substrate on which the mask pattern is formed, and a fourth step of removing the mask pattern to obtain an antibacterial pattern formed on the substrate. Through the method, it is possible to produce a cover window with antibacterial patterns regularly and uniformly distributed over the entire area thereof. Thus, the cover window has long-lasting excellent antibacterial property over the entire area thereof.

Method of manufacturing antibacterial cover window, and antibacterial cover window manufactured thereby

Proposed is a flexible cover window manufacturing method capable of simultaneously reinforcing a plane part and a folding part by using alkali-based metal ions having an ionic radius smaller than that of alkali-based metal ions contained in a glass. A flexible cover window manufactured using the same method is also proposed. The plane part and the folding part are simultaneously reinforced using alkali-based metal ions having a smaller ionic radius than alkali-based metal ions included in a glass to simplify the process, and the flexible cover window ensures strength and folding characteristics by controlling tensile stress of the entire part of the flexible cover window.

Proposed are a coating resin composition for a flexible cover window and a flexible cover window formed using the same composition. The coating resin composition, includes, relative to the total weight thereof, 10 to 150 parts by weight of a urethane (meth)acrylate-based oligomer prepared by synthesizing an acrylic monomer containing a hydroxyl group with a urethane prepolymer synthesized from an ether-based polyol, diisocyanate, and polyoxyalkylene-based bisphenol ether, 1 to 60 parts by weight of a first photocurable acrylate-based monomer, 0.5 to 10 parts by weight of a second photocurable acrylate-based monomer, 0.5 to 10 parts by weight of an alkoxy silane coupling agent, 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of a siloxane additive, and to 20 parts by weight of a photopolymerization initiator.

Coating resin composition for flexible cover window and flexible cover window using same

Proposed are a flexible cover window for simultaneously improving strength characteristics and folding characteristics of a glass-based ultra-thin flexible cover window, and a method of manufacturing the same. A glass-based flexible cover window is configured such that a ratio of the intensity of replacing metal ions at the glass center to the intensity of replacing metal ions at the glass surface is 1:3 or greater. The present disclosure can provide a flexible cover window with improved window strength characteristics and folding characteristics by adjusting the depth (ion penetration depth) and the surface compressive stress of a tempered layer by performing a gradient tempering process including primary tempering, slimming, and secondary tempering.

Disclosed is an antibacterial flexible cover window formed using an antibacterial coating composition containing antibacterial nanoparticles dispersed in a resin coating solution. In the antibacterial coating composition, 0.001 to 0.5 parts by weight of the antibacterial nanoparticles are dispersed in 100 parts by weight of the resin coating solution.
