The present disclosure discloses a combined cooling system for a motor and a motor controller, which comprises a water cooling assembly, an oil cooling assembly, and an oil-water heat exchanger; one end of the water cooling assembly is connected to an cooling water outlet of the motor, the other end is connected to an cooling water inlet of the motor controller and/or a water inlet of the oil-water heat exchanger; one end of the oil cooling assembly is connected to a cooling oil outlet of the motor, the other end of the oil cooling assembly is connected to an oil inlet of the oil-water heat exchanger, and an oil outlet of the oil-water heat exchanger is connected to a cooling oil inlet of the motor. The above technical solution utilizes the temperature characteristics of the motor and the motor controller, and achieves the objects of saving energy in cooling, and improving high power output performance and environmental adaptability of the motor through the cooperation and intelligent control of the water pump, oil pump and fan in the combined cooling system.

Combined cooling system for motor and motor controller

A sunken wheel-side motor drive axle that includes an axle beam assembly, two drive motor assemblies, two reducer assemblies and two hub assemblies. The two drive motor assemblies, two reducer assemblies and two hub assemblies are respectively disposed at left and right ends of the axle beam assembly. Moreover, the drive motor assemblies are symmetrically disposed at a bottom of the left and right ends of the axle beam assembly respectively; and the drive motor assemblies transmit power to the reducer assemblies, and the reducer assemblies drive the hub assemblies to rotate.

An engine-and-electric-machine assembly is provided that includes an engine and an electric machine, a crankshaft being provided in the engine, the crankshaft including a main body and an extension section that extends out to the exterior of the engine, the extension section forming a rotation shaft of the electric machine, and a rotor of the electric machine being mounted on the extension section, wherein a terminal of the rotation shaft is connected to a coolant pump, a rotor of the coolant pump is mounted to the rotation shaft, and while the rotation shaft is rotating the rotation shaft drives the coolant pump to provide coolant to the electric machine. By connecting the rotation shaft of the electric machine to the coolant pump, the pump can be highly integrated into the system and reduce manufacturing cost.
