An optical film includes a rough surface having multiple measuring points constituting multiple virtual measuring planes in a given unit measuring area. A normal to each virtual measuring plane has an angle with a normal to a reference plane. On the reference plane, the projection area of the virtual measuring planes having the angle larger than 20 degrees ranges from 31% to 60% of the projection area of the given unit measuring area. The projection area of the virtual measuring planes having the angle larger than 50 degrees is less than 7% of the projection area of the given unit measuring area. 25% of the measuring points has the height larger than a first height. 75% of the measuring points has the height larger than a second height. The first height and the second height have a difference not less than 0.6 &#x3bc;m and not larger than 2.5 &#x3bc;m.

Optical film and display module having the same

A scenario projection system and a controlling method thereof are provided. The scenario projection system includes a display device, a reflective device and a scenario light source. The display device is configured to show an image on the screen area of the display device. The scenario light source disposed on a slide rail is to project a scenario beam to the screen area where the reflective device is disposed within. The reflected scenario beam by the reflective device is to form a characteristic image outside the screen area, wherein there is a linkage relationship between the image and the characteristic image.

Scenario projection system and controlling method thereof

An anti-glare and anti-reflection device including a base and an anti-reflection film is provided. The base includes a plurality of micro protrusions. The micro protrusions are connected to each other to form a rough surface. The rough surface has a first point furthest from a display surface and a second point closest to the display surface. A distance between the first point and the second point in a normal direction of the display surface is HD, and 1 &#x3bc;m&#x2264;HD&#x2264;20 &#x3bc;m. A normal projection of each of the micro protrusions on the display surface has a first axis length R1 and a second axis length R2, 1 &#x3bc;m&#x2264;R1&#x2264;20 &#x3bc;m, and 1 &#x3bc;m&#x2264;R2&#x2264;20 &#x3bc;m. The anti-reflection film is disposed on the rough surface. The anti-reflection film has a thickness T in a normal direction of the rough surface, and T/H&#x2264;0.1.

A 3D image display device includes an image projection unit for projecting a first image; a first polarization unit disposed on a projection path of the first image for linearly polarizing the first image to have a first linear polarization direction; a lens array disposed on the projection path of the first image for refracting an image having a second linear polarization direction, the second linear polarization direction being different from the first linear polarization direction; a first quarter-wave plate disposed on the projection path of the first image for converting polarization direction of an image between a linear polarization direction and a circular polarization direction; and a reflection unit disposed on the projection path of the first image for reflecting the first image transmitted from the first quarter-wave plate back to the first quarter-wave plate.
