A circuit layout for improving the power supply rejection ratio includes a radio frequency (RF) choke and an inductor. The RF choke receives a supply voltage and includes: a first choke coil positioned in an ultra-thick metal (UTM) layer, the coil including a first choke electrode; and a second choke coil positioned in a redistribution layer (RDL), the coil including a second choke electrode. The inductor belongs to a main circuit and includes: a primary-side coil surrounding the first choke coil in the UTM layer, and being coupled to the first/second chock electrode and the main circuit's signal input circuit; and a secondary-side coil surrounding the first choke coil in the UTM layer and surrounding the second choke coil in the RDL, and being used for signal output. The inductor and the RF choke jointly form mutual induction to suppress the noise of the supply voltage.

Circuit layout for improving power supply rejection ratio

A wireless transceiver having an in-phase quadrature-phase (IQ) calibration function includes a transmitter, a receiver, a signal generator, and a switch circuit. The switch circuit includes a first and a second switch circuits. The first switch circuit is turned on in a receiver-end calibration process, and outputs a predetermined signal from the signal generator to the transmitter. The second switch circuit is turned on in the receiver calibration process and outputs a derivative signal of the predetermined signal from the transmitter to the receiver to let the receiver performs a receiver-end IQ calibration accordingly. The first switch circuit is turned off and the second switch circuit is turned on in a transmitter-end calibration process; the second switch circuit outputs a radio-frequency signal from the transmitter to the receiver to let the receiver generates a calibration reference accordingly; and the transmitter performs a transmitter-end IQ calibration according to the calibration reference.

Wireless transceiver having in-phase quadrature-phase calibration function

A radio frequency transceiver device includes an antenna unit, a first matching circuit, a receiver circuit, a second matching circuit, a transmitter circuit, and an auxiliary circuit. The receiver circuit includes a mixer unit. The auxiliary circuit includes a first transformer coil and a second transformer coil. The first matching circuit and the receiver circuit are configured to form a first signal reception channel to receive, process, and transmit the first radio frequency signal to the mixer unit when the first radio frequency signal is a high gain radio frequency signal. The second matching circuit and the auxiliary circuit are configured to form a second signal reception channel to receive, process, and transmit the first radio frequency signal to the mixer unit when the first radio frequency signal is a middle-low gain radio frequency signal. Another radio frequency signal transceiver device further includes a third matching circuit.

Radio frequency transceiver device

An inductor device includes a first wire, a second wire, at least one first connector, at least one second connector, and a first center-tapped terminal. The first wire includes a plurality of first sub-wires. The second wire includes a plurality of second sub-wires. The first sub-wires and the second sub-wires are disposed in an interlaced manner. The at least one first connector couples the first sub-wire that is disposed on an outer side and the first sub-wire that is disposed on an inner side in the first sub-wires. The at least one second connector couples the second sub-wire that is disposed on the outer side and the second sub-wire that is disposed on the inner side in the second sub-wires. The first center-tapped terminal is coupled to the first sub-wire that is disposed on the outer side in the first sub-wires.

Inductor device

An amplifier device includes a regulator circuit, a first voltage converting circuit, a first control circuit, and an amplifier circuit. The regulator circuit is configured to output a first driving voltage. The first voltage converting circuit is coupled to the regulator circuit, and is configured to output one of the first driving voltage and at least one first voltages related to the first driving voltage, as a first operating voltage. The first control circuit is coupled to the first voltage converting circuit through a first node, and is configured to receive the first operating voltage and generate a first operating signal according to the first operating voltage and a first control signal. The amplifier circuit is coupled to the first control circuit and the regulator circuit, and is configured to receive the first driving voltage, and is controlled by the first operating signal to generate an output voltage.

Amplifier device

The present invention discloses a communication apparatus having feedback calibration mechanism. A signal transmission circuit generates a RF analog signal according to a digital signal. A signal amplifying circuit amplifies the RF analog signal to generate an amplified analog signal. A LC impedance matching circuit transmits the amplified analog signal to the antenna to perform transmission. A feedback calibration circuit includes a feedback inductive circuit and a calibration circuit. A feedback inductive circuit is inductively coupled to the LC impedance matching circuit to receive the amplified analog signal to generate a feedback signal. A calibration circuit determines a distorted amount of the feedback signal relative to the RF analog signal to modify an operation parameter of at least one of the signal transmission circuit and the signal amplifying circuit to decrease the distorted amount.

Communication apparatus having feedback calibration mechanism

A patterned shielding structure is disposed between an inductor structure and a substrate. The patterned shielding structure includes a shielding layer and a first stacked structure. The shielding layer extends along a plane. The first stacked structure is stacked, along a first direction, on the shielding layer. The first direction is perpendicular to the plane. The first stacked structure has a crossed shape and is configured to enhance a shielding effect.

Patterned shielding structure

A transceiver device includes a digital baseband circuit, a first circuit portion, and a second circuit portion. The digital baseband circuit is configured to analyze power of an input signal, in order to generate a first control signal and a second control signal. The first circuit portion has a first gain, and is configured to be selected according to the first control signal to process the input signal to generate output signals. The second circuit portion has a second gain higher than the first gain, and is configured to be selected according to the second control signal to process the input signal to generate the output signals. The first circuit portion includes an N-way filter circuit, and the N-way filter circuit is configured to modulate the input signal according to first oscillating signals to perform a filtering operation.

Transceiver device

A wireless transceiver device includes an antenna unit for receiving a first RF signal or transmitting a second RF signal. A first matching unit is connected to the antenna unit and a receiving circuit. The first matching unit and the receiving circuit form a first signal receiving channel for receiving the first RF signal when the first RF signal is a high/low gain RF signal. A second matching unit is connected to the antenna unit and a transmitting circuit. The second matching unit and the transmitting circuit form a signal transmitting channel for transmitting the second RF signal. A bypass coupling circuit is connected to the receiving circuit and the second matching unit. The second matching unit, the bypass coupling circuit, and the receiving circuit form a second signal receiving channel for receiving the first RF signal when the first RF signal is a middle gain RF signal.

Wireless transceiver device

A transceiver circuit including: a substrate; a signal coupler configured on the substrate and including a coiled first conductive layer pattern; and a notch filter configured on the substrate and including a coiled second conductive layer pattern; wherein each of the first conductive layer pattern and the second conductive layer pattern is arranged as a substantially symmetrical pattern with respect to a first virtual axis.

Transceiver circuit and configuration method thereof

An operational amplifier and a differential amplifying circuit thereof. The differential amplifying circuit receives a differential input signal and outputs a differential output signal. The differential amplifying circuit includes an output port that has a first terminal and a second terminal, the differential output signal being outputted via the first and second terminals; a first transistor pair receiving the differential input signal via two first ends and coupling to the first and second terminals respectively via two second ends; a second transistor pair receiving the differential input signal via two first ends and coupling to the first and second terminals respectively via two second ends; and a third transistor pair receiving a control signal via two first ends and coupling to the first and second terminals respectively via two second ends. The control signal controls the third transistor pair to switch on or off and/or controls the current flowing therethrough.

Operational amplifier and differential amplifying circuit thereof

A front-end circuit for a wireless communication system includes a first amplifier, a second amplifier and an antenna switch. The first amplifier is disposed at a receiving path, wherein the first amplifier has an input terminal and an output terminal, and the input terminal of the first amplifier is coupled to a first pad. The second amplifier is disposed at a transmission path, wherein the second amplifier has an input terminal and an output terminal, and the output terminal of the second amplifier is coupled to a second pad different from the first pad. The antenna switch is coupled between the input terminal of the first amplifier and the output terminal of the second amplifier.
