The application discloses a power conversion system (PCS) parallel architecture and a synchronous control method. Among a plurality of corresponding PCS controllers of the PCS parallel architecture, when a target PCS controller is the first to issue a synchronization signal on a synchronization signal bus, the target PCS controller obtains control authority, the synchronization signal issued by the target PCS controller is taken as a system synchronization signal, and other PCS controllers that did not obtain control authority refer to the system synchronization signal for synchronizing with the system synchronization signal.

Power conversion system (PCS) parallel architecture and synchronization control method thereof

A DC-AC inverter system using a state observer and a control method thereof are provided. The control method of the DC-AC inverter system includes the following steps. The state observer outputs a filter-capacitor-current estimation value at a next sampling time according to a DC link voltage at a current sampling time and a filter-capacitor-voltage actual value at the current sampling time. The filter-inductor-current estimation value at the next sampling time is compared with the filter-capacitor-current estimation value at the next sampling time to obtain a load current estimation value at the next sampling time. An inductor voltage estimator outputs a filter-inductor-voltage estimation value at the next sampling time according to the load current estimation value at the next sampling time. A feed-forward control is performed according to the filter-inductor-voltage estimation value at the next sampling time.

DC-AC inverter system using state observer and control method thereof

A machining thermostatic control system and method of using the same are disclosed. The system comprises a detecting unit, a processing unit and at least a cooling unit. The detecting unit is used for detecting the temperature distribution of a workpiece. The processing unit is coupled to the detecting unit and is used for processing the temperature distribution for obtaining a position of maximum hot spot of the workpiece. The cooling unit comprises a head which is provided for discharging cooling fluid and a plurality of blades which are angle-adjustably mounted to the head. The blades are coupled to the processing unit and the angle of blades are controlled by the processing unit for enabling the cooling fluid to flow toward to the position of maximum hot spot position.

Machining thermostatic control system and method of using the same

The disclosure is related to a clamp-type measuring device includes a clamp and an interval measuring module. The clamp includes a guiding rail and two holding arm. Each of holding arms includes a guide part, a connecting part, and a clamping part. The guide part is movably furnished on the guiding rail. Both ends of the connecting part are respectively connected to the guide part and the clamping part. The interval measuring module includes a first measuring element and a second measuring element. The first measuring element and the second measuring element are furnished on the two connecting parts respectively. The first measuring element and the second measuring element are slidable through the two guide parts respectively in order to measure an interval between the two clamping parts. In addition, the disclosure is also related to a measuring method of the clamp-type measuring device.

A method of making a breath sensing tube includes: (A) dispersing a nanowire material in a solution in a dielectriphoretic bath, such that the nanowire material is formed into individual nanowires and nanowire aggregates; (B) adsorbing the nanowire aggregates on a bath electrode through dielectrophoresis so as to obtain a nanowire-containing solution containing the individual nanowires; contacting sensor electrodes of a substrate with the nanowire-containing solution; and subjecting the nanowire-containing solution to dielectrophoresis, so that one of the individual nanowires is adsorbed to the sensor electrodes to interconnect the sensor electrodes.

A braking device includes a base, a braking component, and a driving component including a reset member. The braking component has a clamping block. The driving component includes a movable member, a chamber therein and a first butting portion. The movable member passes through the driving member. One end of the movable member has a piston accommodated in the chamber, and the other end of the movable member has a second butting portion. The reset member is disposed in the chamber. The piston butts the reset member under an external force, and the first butting portion and the second butting portion are kept away from each other, and when the external force vanishes, the reset member butts the piston, and the first butting portion and the second butting portion are kept close to each other so as to achieve a braking effect.

Method and apparatus for automatically dynamically adjusting prestressed bearings of shaft are provided. The apparatus comprises a sleeve assembly having outer and inner sleeves sandwiched between the bearings. An inner diameter of outer sleeve is smaller than an outer diameter of inner sleeve. Hence, outer and inner sleeves are fitted together after cooling. Further, inner sleeve is compressed by the outer sleeve to extend axially. During rotation of shaft, the axial extension of inner sleeve is reduced because the radial expansion of outer sleeve is larger than that of inner sleeve due to an thermal expansion coefficient of outer sleeve larger than that of inner sleeve. This can reduce prestress of bearings without degrading a rigidity thereof.

Method and apparatus for automatically dynamically adjusting prestressed bearings of shaft

Disclosed herein is a gantry type hybrid parallel linkage five-axis machine tool composed of a machine framework a parallel spatial linkage mechanism, a feeding shaft mechanism, and a controller unit. The parallel spatial linkage mechanism is formed of three straight feeding molding dies rotatably hinged together with a base so that enabling this rotatable base to perform uni-dimensional linear motion and two-dimensional swiveling. Besides by controlling the operation of the feeding shaft mechanism with the controller unit, the parallel spatial linkage mechanism fixed to the machine framework is able to perform two-dimensional planar motion so as to operate the machine tools more accurately and efficiently in refining work.

An active piezoelectric spindle bearing preload adjustment mechanism includes a preload adjustment assembly located between an inner ring and an outer ring of two bearings, and an internal generator mounted at a selected location in a spindle. The preload adjustment assembly includes a spacer ring set and a piezoelectric actuator located in the spacer ring set. The rotation speed of the spindle is changeable to enable the internal generator generating selected amount of power and voltage for controlling extension or contraction length of the piezoelectric actuator whereby to change slide distance between the inner and outer ring for controlling bearing preload value.

Active piezoelectric spindle bearing preload adjustment mechanism

An automatic pallet changer is composed of a pallet lifting mechanism and a revolving mechanism. The pallet lifting mechanism has a pallet platform and a lifting rod which is fastened with the bottom of the pallet platform. The pallet platform and the lifting rod are driven by oil pressure to move up and down in a linear manner. The body of the lifting rod is provided with a vertically-oriented first position confining portion. The revolving mechanism has a gear and a rack gear member. The gear is pivoted to the bottom of the pallet lifting mechanism at a fixed height and provided axially with a slide channel in which the lifting rod is slidably disposed. The slide channel is provided in the inside thereof with a vertically-oriented second position confining portion, which is complementary in shape to the first position confining portion of the lifting rod for enabling the lifting rod and the pallet platform to turn synchronously. The rack gear member is engaged with the gear so as to drive the gear to rotate.
