A semiconductor device is disclosed. The semiconductor device includes a substrate, a well, an oxidation layer, a gate electrode and a shared source/drain electrode. The substrate has a first surface and a second surface opposite to each other. The well is formed in the substrate. The substrate and the well have a first conductivity type and a second conductivity type respectively. The oxidation layer is formed in the well. The gate electrode is formed above the first surface and has a first opening. The shared source/drain electrode is formed near the first surface in the oxidation layer and exposed from the first opening. The shared source/drain electrode has the first conductivity type.

Semiconductor device for increasing capacitance effective area and effective capacitance value

A resistor renormalization method for a source driving circuit is provided, wherein the source driving circuit includes a plurality of resistors coupled in series, and the resistors respectively have a resistance and correspond to a number section value. The resistor renormalization method includes the steps of: (A) adding the resistances of the resistors to generate a total resistance; (B) providing a radix, wherein the radix is a natural number; (C) dividing the total resistance by the radix to generate a calculated section value; (D) dividing the resistances of the resistors by the radix to generate a plurality of remainders, respectively, and adding the remainders to generate an accumulated remainder; and (E) setting the number section value and the resistance of each resistor according to a relation between the calculated section value and the number section value and a relation between the remainder of each resistor and the radix.

Source driving circuit and resistor renormalization method

A driving circuit includes channels, a positive converting unit, a negative converting unit, an input switch, and an operational amplifier. A first digital data and a second digital data are alternatively transmitted in a first channel and a second channel. The positive converting unit and negative converting unit are respectively disposed in first channel and second channel and convert first digital data and second digital data into a positive analog data and a negative analog data. A first input terminal and a second input terminal of operational amplifier are respectively in first channel and second channel. After input switch respectively transmits positive analog data and negative analog data to first input terminal and second input terminal or to second input terminal and first input terminal, positive analog data and negative analog data are transmitted in a channel of the channels corresponding to entering operational amplifier.
