Protective case for an electronic device

An electronic reading device, including: a housing, wherein exterior surfaces of the housing include a first and second main surface, a first edge, a second edge, a third edge, and a fourth edge, and each of the edges is located in between the first and second main surface, and the third edge is parallel to the fourth edge, and the first edge is located at an opposite side of the housing than the second edge. The first main surface includes a display, and the second main surface is an opposing surface to the first main surface. The housing is asymmetrical as it includes an extended housing portion that is spaced away from one edge of the display, a thickness of the housing between the first and second main surface increases from the second edge to the first edge, and the housing has an upward bend at the extended housing portion.

Electronic reading device with a mid-frame structure

A protective case, including: a back cover and a front cover connected by a hinge. The front cover is divided into a five stiffener sections that are defined by four creases. The first and second stiffener sections are in a shape of a triangle. The second stiffener section is smaller in area than the first stiffener section. The third stiffener section is bordered by the second and third crease. The fourth stiffener section and the fifth stiffener section form a flap at an end of the front cover that is opposite the hinge, and the fourth stiffener section and the fifth stiffener section are the same size, and are separated by the fourth crease. An outer side of the front cover has a gap that is located between an angled edge of the fourth stiffener section and an angled edge of the fifth stiffener section.

A protective cover for portable electronic device includes a main body, a display module and a connecting module. The main body includes a first cover and a second cover that is foldable relative to the first cover. The second cover is configured to detachably attach the portable electronic device. The display module is attached to the first cover. The connecting module is attached to the second cover and electronically coupled to the display module. The connecting module is configured to receive display information from the portable electronic device and output the display information to the display module.

Protective cover and portable electronic device assembly employing the same

A shock absorption structure includes a receiving portion and at least one shock absorption assembly. The receiving portion is configured to receive a main body of an electronic device. Each shock absorption assembly includes a fixing member, a mounting member, and an elastic member. The fixing member is secured to the receiving portion. The mounting member is mounted to the fixing member and defines a through hole. The elastic member is received in the through hole and is configured to seals a gap between the mounting member and the main body.
