Presenting a reviewer feedback of a document, one aspect, may comprise retrieving a plurality of feedback on a document, each feedback having an associated reviewer who provided the feedback. Social data associated with the reviewer of the feedback may be obtained. A plurality of characteristics associated with the feedback may be identified, at least some of the characteristics identified based on the social data. The characteristics may include at least the associated reviewer's position in an organization hierarchy, the reviewer's expertise, frequency of the feedback, impact of the feedback, and usefulness of the feedback. The plurality of feedback may be prioritized based on the plurality of characteristics, and a list of prioritized feedback may be presented via a user interface.

Using social data to assist editors in addressing reviewer feedback in a document review workflow

Provided are techniques for the modification of social collaborative maps that include processors; a computer-readable storage medium (CRSM); a concept map stored on the CRSM, the concept map comprising a plurality of nodes; a plurality of connections between the plurality of nodes; and a plurality of social network connections, wherein each node of the plurality of nodes is coupled to a corresponding subset of the plurality of social network connections; and logic, stored on the CRSM and executed on the plurality of processors, for providing a user interface to provide a user access to the plurality of nodes and to the plurality of social network connections; collecting data corresponding to navigation of the user of the plurality of nodes and interaction by the user with the plurality of social network connections; analyzing the data and modifying, based upon the analyzing, the concept map to generate a modified concept map.

A method, computer program product, and system for voice pronunciation for text communication is described. A selected portion of a text communication is determined. A prompt to record a pronunciation relating to the selected portion of the text communication is provided at a first computing device. The recorded pronunciation is associated with the selected portion of the text communication. A visual indicator, relating to the selected portion of the text communication and the recorded pronunciation, is displayed.

Methods and systems for aggregating content in an instant messaging system

The example embodiments relate to a method for handling and analyzing emails. In accordance with at least one example embodiment, a control character specifying a computer application may be determined to be included in an email message. The control character in the email may be compared to a library of control characters, such that each control character in the library corresponds to a command. If the control character in the email corresponds to a control character in the library, the command associated with the character may be executed, which may display a user interface in the email program, the user interface including at least two user-selectable actions specific to the computer application. The user may select an action from the user interface, which may execute the computer application in accordance with the selected action and automatically authenticate the user onto the computer application.
