A valve device having a valve with first connection elements for mounting the valve in a port of a wellhead, a spool unit having a through-channel, second connection elements arranged in the through-channel, and a flange, the flange configured for sealingly mounting the spool unit to the wellhead, aligning the through-channel with the port, and a plug comprising third connection elements configured for sealingly and removably engaging the second connection elements and attach the plug in the through-channel. A method for removing, replacing or arranging a valve located in a port of a wellhead is also provided.

Valve device and method

A valve arrangement for injection of an injection fluid in a process fluid tubing, comprising an inlet part connectable to an injection fluid source, an outer housing that is connectable to a process fluid tubing and comprising at least one outlet opening that enables a fluid communication between an interior of the outer housing and a process fluid tubing, and a first valve device comprising a first valve member that is arranged in the outer housing and movable within the outer housing in a longitudinal direction, and said first valve member is arranged to control an inflow of injection fluid into the valve arrangement by being movable between a closed position and an open position.

Gas lift valve

A method of producing a side pocket mandrel body () for use in a hydrocarbon well side pocket mandrel assembly, which mandrel body comprises: a first end () displaying a first connection arrangement () for connecting the mandrel body to an up-hole section of a production tubing of the hydrocarbon well, and a second end () displaying a second connection arrangement () for connecting the mandrel body to a down-hole section of the production tubing; a longitudinal, through-going main conduit () for communicating with a central passageway of the production tubing; and a side pocket section () comprising at least one side pocket () for retrievably housing an injection fluid flow control device. The method comprises the steps of: providing a continuous, solid piece of material with the through-going main conduit; in the solid piece of material, forming said at least one side pocket by machining a bore (), displaying an external entrance opening (), into a laterally offset section of the solid piece of material generally parallel to the main conduit such that an internal wall section () of the solid piece of material is brought to separate the main conduit from the machined bore; plugging the entrance opening () of the machined bore with a fluid-tight plug (); providing at least one opening () from an outside of the mandrel body into the at least one side pocket, thereby forming an injection fluid inlet; providing at least one opening in the wall section, thereby forming an injection fluid outlet; and providing the solid piece of material with the first and the second connection arrangements, thereby rendering the mandrel body connectable to the up-hole and down-hole sections of the production tubing.

Method of manufacturing a side pocket mandrel body

A method of producing a side pocket mandrel body for use in a hydrocarbon well side pocket mandrel assembly includes providing a continuous, solid piece of material with the through-going main conduit; in the solid piece of material, forming said at least one side pocket by machining a bore, displaying an external entrance opening, into a laterally offset section of the solid piece of material generally parallel to the main conduit such that an internal wall section of the solid piece of material is brought to separate the main conduit from the machined bore; plugging the entrance opening of the machined bore with a fluid-tight plug; providing at least one opening from an outside of the mandrel body into the at least one side pocket; providing at least one opening in the wall section; and providing the solid piece of material with the first and the second connection arrangements, thereby rendering the mandrel body connectable to the up-hole and down-hole sections of the production tubing.

A wellhead port plug assembly includes a first plug body including connection elements allowing the first plug body to be sealingly and removably mounted in a port of a wellhead of a hydrocarbon well. The plug assembly includes a spool unit displaying an axial through-channel extending between a first end and a second end of the spool unit, which spool unit includes a first flange section arranged at the first end for sealingly mounting the spool unit to the wellhead aligning the through-channel with the port, and a second flange section arranged at the second end; a second plug body including connection elements allowing the second plug body to be sealingly and removably mounted in the through-channel; and a blind flange which is sealingly and removably mounted to the second flange section allowing the second plug body and the first plug body to be removed from the wellhead via the through-channel.

Wellhead port plug assembly

A cementing device for establishing a false bottom in a well bore for formation of a cement plug in the well bore. The cementing device includes a tool body which has a front end and a rear end. The cementing device further includes at least one propulsion device which is attached to the front end and/or the rear end of the tool body and is adapted for being propelled by a fluid.

Expandable device for forming a cement plug

A valve arrangement for controlling the flow of an injection fluid from a well annulus into a hydrocarbon well, includes a valve body being insertable into a side pocket mandrel, an injection fluid valve for controlling the flow of the injection fluid through the valve arrangement and a bellows arrangement including a first pressure member, a second pressure member and at least one bellows element. A control line port is arranged in the valve body for fluid communication with a control line of the well and a control fluid chamber in fluid communication with the control line port comprises a hydraulic control fluid for biasing the injection fluid valve towards the open position.

Valve arrangement and method of operating the same

A shear valve () for use in a downhole tool between the annulus and tubing in a well comprises an outer housing () and an internal body () movable in a longitudinal direction within the housing when the valve is activated, and at least one obstruction device () which can be arranged to obstruct the internal body from moving. The obstruction device is capable of being deactivated by pressure from the tubing side of the valve.

Shear valve

A wave-inducing device for cementing a casing in a borehole. The wave-inducing device is designed for arrangement in the casing and includes a movable element which, when the wave-inducing device is arranged in the casing, is designed to be moved by cement and/or another fluid flowing through the casing so that wave motions and/or vibrations are provided in the cement during the cementing of the casing.

A device for increasing the production flow in a production tubing, where the production tubing has at least one inlet or port for adding a fluid medium, adds the fluid medium through the at least one inlet or port at an angle &#x3b1; between 90 and 0 degrees with a longitudinal axis of the production tubing. The device further has elements that provide a rotation of the added fluid medium.

Power lift generator

A well barrier for separating two liquids in a gas or oil well. The well barrier includes opposing sets of laths which project slantingly away from a centrally positioned fixing device. A set of upper and lower canvas materials may be affixed to each of the sets of laths to provide enhanced sealing effect. Preferably, the laths are also positioned in an overlapping relationship to thereby minimize the overall length of the well barrier while also maintaining the required functionality.
