A device may receive data identifying user devices within a geographical area of a base station, respective services provided by the base station to the user devices, the geographical area, an earth station within the geographical area, an infrastructure within the geographical area, and other base stations located geographically adjacent to the geographical area. The device may determine, based on the received data, interfering beams of the base station that interfere with the earth station, and may include data identifying the interfering beams, in a first list of beams to be deemphasized. The device may determine, based on the received data, beams of the base station to be emphasized based on the infrastructure, and may include data identifying the beams to be emphasized, in a second list. The device may control the base station based on the first list and the second list.

Systems and methods for emphasizing and deemphasizing radio beams from base stations

A system described herein may provide a technique for determining a maximum and/or target output power on a per-beam and/or per-direction basis for a base station of a radio access network ('RAN') that implements multiple beams for which output power is dynamically adjustable. The maximum and/or target output power for a given beam (or set of beams) for a given time period may be determined based on historical output power information associated with the beam over one or more previous time periods. The maximum and/or target output power may be based on a predicted received signal power within a coverage area of the base station, based on varying levels of output power.

Systems and methods for dynamic per-beam adjustment of output power in a wireless network

A system described herein may provide a technique for performing carrier aggregation in a wireless telecommunications network in a manner that accounts for (a) diverse licenses for different carriers across different regions, (b) network considerations in minimizing the number of times carrier aggregation is performed, and (c) user equipment ('UE') considerations in maximizing battery life by utilizing only the carriers that are necessary to utilize. A smallest carrier (or group of carriers) may be identified as a default carriers, and other carriers or groups of carriers may be ranked in descending order, according to size. The ranked list may be iteratively used when performing carrier aggregation, in which the largest available carrier (or group of carriers) from the list may be used for carrier aggregation.

Systems and methods for performing carrier aggregation across regions with diverse licensed carriers

A method for reducing the level of an undesired signal, generated through a frequency converter device, by implementing a local oscillator (hereinafter 'LO') leak cancellation circuit. A feedback correction loop, for a radio frequency (RF) transmitter or receiver, reduces an undesired local oscillator leak generated through a single input frequency converter device, such as a mixer, by a unique detection circuit. A unique nulling circuit is also implemented for a multiple input frequency converter device, such as a quadrature modulator.
