Disclosed is a system and method for cloud workload provisioning. In one implementation, the present invention provides a system enabling an automated guidance to the user for the workload to be provisioned. The present invention matches the user's workload profile based on a wide variety of historical data set and makes easy for users to choose the cloud provisioning for various kinds of workloads. The system can automatically readjust a workload profile for cloud provisioning. The system can provide a manual selection option for cloud provisioning. In one embodiment, the present invention provides a system and method that derives a workload provision scaling factor mechanism using historic data set. Furthermore, the system and method can automatically or manually readjust the provision scaling factor based on a workload profile for cloud provisioning.

A computerized method is presented for communicating an alert to an individual of a medical-related risk and storing in the individual's healthcare records information related to the individual's exposure to the medical-related risk. The method comprises constantly monitoring the individual's location; receiving an environmental report from a service provider containing current environmental factors, where the report is associated with an area; determining that the individual is within or proximate to the area associated with the report; retrieving medical records for the individual; determining, according to the medical records, that the environmental factors pose a medical-related risk to the individual; communicating the alert to the individual of the medical-related risk associated with the area; determining the individual was exposed to the medical-related risk; storing in the individual's healthcare records information related to the exposure. The methods may also comprise recommending orders, based on the exposure, for a medical professional to write.

A computerized method is presented for improving medical records of an individual based on received information from a device or wearable, the method comprising: retrieving from a record-keeping database medical-related information associated with the individual; retrieving from a device associated with the individual a measurable factor; determining, based at least partly on the medical-related information, that the measurable factor poses a medical risk to the individual; and communicating instructions to the record-keeping database to store, in association with the individual, information related to the medical risk. Other methods may associate a location with a medical risk. Other methods may aggregate medical information received from devices or wearables and associate it with a location. Mapping this information with regard to locations may allow early prediction of an epidemic.

A computer program product for facilitating offline transactions includes: a computer readable storage medium having program instructions embodied therewith. Using one or more aspects described herein, a mobile device may determine that a native operating system service requests to access content located within a wrapped application. The mobile device may transmit, to the native operating system service, a server path to a loopback web server within the wrapped application to elicit a request from the native operating system service to the loopback web server for the content. In response to receiving a request comprising the server path to the loopback web server to retrieve the content from the loopback web server, the mobile device may instruct the loopback web server to transmit an unencrypted version of the content to the native operating system service.

Described are systems and methods for managing network packet traffic between a client device and an enterprise server. A list of enterprise-authorized applications is maintained. Data packets, such as TCP and UDP data packets, communicated from applications running on the device are analyzed to determine an originating application corresponding to each packet. The originating application is compared to the list of authorized applications, and a VPN tunnel is created for the packet to access the enterprise server if the corresponding originating application is an authorized application.
