The present invention is a cable, which carries signal, having an integrated coiling and reinforcing wrapper. The cable has a segment near an end that is stiffer than the cable generally. This segment can be bent by hand, and once bent, will retain its bent shape. If the flexible part of the cable is wrapped into a coil, or otherwise gathered together, then the stiffer portion can be bent around the gathered portion to secure it in its gathered form.

A device and method is presented that attaches a tablet computer to a vehicle headrest. A two-piece mount has a headrest coupling and a tablet housing. The tablet housing has a rigid core attached to a flexible rim portion that secures the tablet computer within the tablet housing. The rigid core has a circular cavity in the rear. The headrest coupling mounts to headrest posts in a vehicle using hinged arms and locking clips. The headrest coupling further has a circular attachment disk that fits within the circular cavity of the tablet housing. Retractable tabs in the circumference of the attachment disk fit within tracks in the walls of the circular cavity. The tabs prevent accidental separation of the tablet housing from the headrest coupling, and allow rotation of the tablet housing when attached to the headrest coupling.

A headphone device includes a sound amplifying member, a connecting member and a fixing member. The sound amplifying member includes a first speaker and a second speaker for outputting a sound. The connecting member is interconnected between the first speaker and the second speaker and made of first flexible material. The connecting member is flexibly wound around the first speaker and the second speaker. The fixing member is coupled to the sound amplifying member for securing the connecting member thereon after the connecting member is wound around the first speaker and the second speaker.

A reconfigurable peripheral device for use with a wireless apparatus is employed for receiving a signal from the wireless apparatus and transmitting a signal to the wireless apparatus. The reconfigurable peripheral device includes a first member, a second member and a third member. The first member includes a badge. The second member is detachably coupled to the first member, and includes a wireless signal processing circuit for receiving the signal from the wireless apparatus and transmitting the signal to the wireless apparatus. The third member is coupled to the second member, and includes an output device for outputting the signal received by the second member to the user.

Reconfigurable peripheral device for use with wireless apparatus

An orientation-adjusting device for adjusting an orientation of a wireless transceiver is disclosed. The transceiver is mounted in a PC via a USB adapter. The orientation-adjusting device includes a first housing for accommodating therein the transceiver, a second housing pivotally connected to the first housing to allow the first housing to rotate in a first direction relative thereto, and a third housing for accommodating therein the USB adapter, pivotally connected to the second housing to allow the second housing to rotate in a second direction relative thereto. By this way, the orientation of the transceiver accommodated in the first housing can be adjusted in two dimensions to perform communication functions well even when it is fitted into a confined space in the PC.
