The present invention relates to methods, systems, and computer-readable media for routing healthcare information based on a role associated with a user. Information may not always need to go to a specific person but, rather, may need to be communicated to a role. A user may be associated with a given role based on manually claiming the role, being assigned to a role, or being automatically scheduled into a role. Additionally, information may be communicated using user contact preferences specifying the modality by which the user is to be contacted under various circumstances. Further, the information may be re-directed if a rejection (or lack of response) is received by an initial recipient.

Role based communication

Methods, computer systems, and computer-readable storage media for using a single application on a mobile device to access a plurality of client domain sites are provided. The single application on the mobile device receives from a user of the mobile device a set of authorization credentials. Based on the set of authorization credentials, the single application receives a first client domain uniform resource locator from a third-party directory service. The first client domain uniform resource locator is used to access a client gateway service; the client gateway service provides a secure access point to a number of different service solutions hosted by a client. Upon the user inputting a set of authentication credentials, the user is able to access information from one or more of the different service solutions.

Accessing multiple client domains using a single application

A system method for determining whether a location on a patient's body is available for an attachment and/or consumable is provided. A patient identifier is received and the patient's electronic medical record is accessed. An interactive graphical representation of at least a portion of a human body may be displayed. A selection of a location of the patient's body from the interactive graphical human body representation may be received and it is determined whether the location is available for an attachment and/or consumable.

Computerized system and method for managing consumables and attachments

A system method for determining whether a location on a patient's body is available for an attachment is provided. A patient identifier is received and the patient's electronic medical record is accessed. An interactive graphical representation of at least a portion of a human body is displayed. A selection of a location of the patient's body from the interactive graphical human body representation is received and it is determined whether the location is available for an attachment.

Computerized system and method for determining whether a location on a patient's body is available for an attachment

A system and method in a computerized healthcare environment for determining whether one or more supply items are associated with one or more task items for a patient is provided. A patient identifier is received and patient data is accessed from the patient's electronic medical record. A scanned medical supply item identifier is received and data for the scanned supply item is accessed. The supply item data and patient data are utilized to determine whether one or more task items for the patient are associated with the scanned supply item.

Utilizing scanned supply information and a patient task list to document care

A method and system in a computerized health care environment for determining whether an attachment may be safely attached to a body site of a patient is provided. A patient identifier is received and the patient's electronic medical record is accessed. An attachment identifier is received and data for the attachment is accessed. A body site identifier identifying the area of the body of the patient to which the attachment is to be placed is received and data for the body site is accessed. Some or all of the data are used to determine whether the attachment may be safely attached to the body site of the patient.

Computerized system and method for processing a number of attachments associated with a patient

A method and system in a computerized health care environment for determining whether a consumable may be safely administered to a body site of a patient is provided. A patient identifier to identify a patient and a consumable identifier identifying a consumable are received. A body site identifier identifying a location on the body of the patient to which the attachment is to be placed is received. The patient identifier, consumable identifier and body site identifier are utilized to determined whether the consumable may be safely administered to the body site of the patient.
