The present invention provides a polyamide having excellent heat resistance, water resistance, and impact resistance. The present invention relates to a polyamide including: structural units derived from an aromatic dicarboxylic acid; and structural units derived from an aliphatic diamine. This polyamide contains 0.40 to 0.70 mol % in total of hydroxyl groups and ester groups with respect to 100 mol % of structural units derived from dicarboxylic acids.

The present invention provides a polyamide composition for a reflector having high heat resistance and good mechanical properties, having excellent adhesion to a sealing material for an LED package, and capable of retaining a high reflectance even after exposure to heat and light intended for the production process of the LED package and the environment in which the reflector is used in the LED package, when it is molded. The present invention is a polyamide composition for a reflector, containing: 30 mass % or more of a polyamide (A) having a melting point of 280&#xb0; C. or higher; and 25 mass % or more of titanium oxide (B). The total content of the polyamide (A) and the titanium oxide (B) is 75 mass % or more.

A polyamide resin composition includes: 100 parts by mass of (A) a polyamide having a melting point of 280 to 330&#xb0; C.; 0.5 to 80 parts by mass of (B) aluminum diethylphosphinate; 0.2 to 2 parts by mass of (C) at least one phosphorous acid ester represented by formula (6) or (7); and (E) at least one reinforcing material. A mass ratio of the at least one phosphinic acid salt (B) to the at least one phosphorous acid ester (C) ((B)/(C)) is in a range of from 10 to 100. An average particle diameter of the phosphinic acid salt (B) is 0.1 to 100 &#x3bc;m. The polyamide resin composition does not comprise a metallic soap-based lubricant.

The present invention provides a polyamide resin composition not only having an appropriate melt viscosity despite addition of a conductive filler thereto but also having excellent moldability, conductivity, low-temperature impact resistance, and fuel barrier properties. The present invention is a polyamide resin composition containing specific amounts of a polyamide, a modified resin, and a conductive filler. The polyamide contains: dicarboxylic acid units containing 50 mol % or more of terephthalic acid units and/or naphthalenedicarboxylic acid units; and diamine units containing 60 mol % or more of aliphatic diamine units having 4 to 18 carbon atoms, and has terminal amino groups in an amount of 5 to 60 &#x3bc;mol/g. The modified resin has been modified with an unsaturated compound having a carboxyl group and/or an acid anhydride group. In the polyamide resin composition, a difference between the number of moles (M) of the terminal amino groups of the polyamide and the number of moles (M) of the carboxyl groups and the acid anhydride groups of the modified resin in 1 g in total of the polyamide and the modified resin is &#x2212;5.0 &#x3bc;mol or more and less than 4.0 &#x3bc;mol, and the number of moles (M) is more than 4.0 &#x3bc;mol.

More precisely, the invention relates to a method for producing primary polycondensates, which comprises a step of polycondensing a dicarboxylic acid component having a terephthalic acid content of from 60 to 100 mol % and a diamine component in which the amount of 1,9-nonanediamine and/or 2-methyl-1,8-octanediamine falls between 60 and 100 mol %, in the presence of water of being from 15 to 35% by weight, at a reaction temperature falling between 250.degree. C. and 280.degree. C. and under a reaction pressure (P) that satisfies the following formula (1):

The present invention relates to a bubble massager used in a bathtub in which a rechargeable storage battery is used as a power supply, One display unit for displaying both a charging state and an operating state is provided. Bubble massager

A charging circuit comprises a main circuit for charging a battery and a power unit connected to an electric power source. The main circuit and the power unit are connected through a connector to each other. The power source transformed by a transformer located at the power unit is supplied to the connector through a contact of a direct current relay. After alternating current is introduced to the main circuit from the power unit, the alternating current is rectified by a diode bridge. The direct current from the diode bridge is supplied to the battery through a control circuit. When the battery is charged sufficiently, the control circuit outputs an instruction signal to a diode portion of a photo-triac connected between an output terminal of the diode bridge and the control relay. When the instruction signal is transmitted to the diode portion, a triac portion of the photo-triac, which is connected between one of an input terminal of the diode bridge and the connector, outputs another instruction signal to the relay located at the power unit for opening the contact through the connector.

A water purifier has a deodorization tank for removing ions and odorants by adsorption from running water and a mesh filter for removing dust. The deodorization tank contains an anti-bacterial membrane having a function of imparting an antibacterial activity to the water by supplying mineral ions to the running water and thereby alkalifying the water.
