An optical scanning device includes a reflector, a rotator, a first torsion beam and a second torsion beam, a first support part, a second support part, a first elastic layer, and a second elastic layer. The first elastic layer is superposed on the first torsion beam. The second elastic layer is superposed on the second torsion beam. A vertical dimension of an active layer is smaller than a horizontal dimension of the active layer in a cross section orthogonal to a direction in which the rotator is interposed between the first torsion beam and the second torsion beam. A material of the first elastic layer and the second elastic layer is higher in fatigue life than metal.

An air conditioner that can have a higher efficiency, a lower power consumption, and a smaller size is disclosed. The air conditioner is for supplying air to a paint booth for painting a paint target. The air conditioner includes a housing that has an inlet and an outlet for air that is to be supplied, a humidifying means for spraying humidifying mist into the air taken in through the inlet, and a vaporizing means for vaporizing unvaporized humidifying mist contained in the air into which the humidifying mist was sprayed by the humidifying means, by causing the unvaporized humidifying mist to come into contact with the air flowing through the vaporizing means. The air subjected to humidity adjustment by the humidifying means and the vaporizing means is supplied to the paint booth via the outlet.

Optical scanning device and method for manufacturing same

A display device according to the present invention includes a touch panel, a dielectric sheet, a frame, and a display panel. The touch panel has a touch sensor portion in the middle and a first electrode in an inner peripheral portion. Further, the dielectric sheet is closely adhered the back surface of the touch panel in its front surface. The frame has an opening in the central portion thereof and a second electrode in a marginal portion that is closely adhered the back surface of the dielectric sheet. The display panel has a display surface to display a screen image and the display surface is closely adhered the back surface of the dielectric sheet in the opening of the frame. The first electrode and the second electrode constitute a pressure-sensitive sensor that has a function to detect a pressing force when an operation element touches the front surface of the touch panel. Thus, a highly reliable display device with a touch panel can be provided in which degradation in the visibility of the display panel can be avoided and the stress occurring in the pressure-sensitive sensor is reduced.

The first connection mechanism includes a seal portion that comes into contact with an entire circumference of an outer face of an upper end portion of the filter unit, thus preventing leakage of exhaust gas. There is provided a sensible-heat heat exchanger configured to cool the dehumidification-subject air A&#x2033; present in the dehumidification forward passage through a heat exchange reaction with dehumidified air A&#x2033; present in the dehumidification return passage which has been cooled via absorption of its heat by the desorption heat pump.

In response to the commands of the control signal (VC), a timing generator () generates and outputs the clocks (&#x3c6;Vn, &#x3c6;Hm), and suspends generation and output of the same. An imaging device () thereby intermittently drives the imaging element (), to generate and output a picked-up image signal (V).

An image capture apparatus which is compact and structurally simple and allows for prevention of a flicker noise, a method of capturing an image which allows for prevention of a flicker noise, and a mobile terminal using the apparatus and the method, are provided. In the image capture apparatus, a vertical cycle is adjusted so as to maintain 20 fps or 20/2m (m is an integer) fps, thereby to prevent a flicker noise in an image as obtained. Power to operates memory bank of DRAM stably is supplied with reduced power consumption. A semiconductor storage unit includes multiple arrays forming memory banks on a substrate, first and second power supplies. Multiple arrays are arranged like a matrix and surround the central region of the substrate. Each memory bank consists of two of the multiple arrays. Each first power supply supplies driving power to a peripheral circuit which drives each multiple array. Second power supplies are arranged at four corners of the central region, each supply provides access power to word lines which access the multiple arrays. The first power supplies are mounted to a central and the opposite side for predetermined arrays, serve as a main and an auxiliary power supply to provide main and auxiliary power (smaller than the main power), and provide distantly arranged two of the multiple arrays forming a memory bank with power.

A semiconductor memory device includes banks, predecoders, a latch circuit, a counter, a fuse and buffers. The bank includes a plurality of memory cells arranged in rows and columns, and others. The predecoders are disposed in a central portion of the semiconductor memory device. The predecoder produces a predecode signal for selecting each of the banks based on a bank address received from the buffer, and outputs the predecode signal to the banks. Pad lines are placed on the peripheral region of a chip along EAST band and WEST band (E/W band). In order to allow the chip with pads arranged on the peripheral region to be adaptable to a TSOP, VDD and VSS pads are arranged on the edge region on NORTH band and SOUTH band (N/S band) near the center of the N/S band. Moreover, in consideration of frame design for the TSOP, some pads on the ends of the pad lines among the pads included in the pad lines are arranged in reverse order relative to the order of pins. Further, VDDQ and VSSQ pads are arranged in the same order as that of pins for a package which requires no consideration of frame design. On the other hand, for use in a BGA package, VDD and VSS pads are arranged in pairs at respective ends of the pad lines. A semiconductor memory device with this pad arrangement is accordingly adaptable to various types of packages.
