A radio control driving circuit device used for a model device having a radio control system comprising a d-c power supply, two electric motors and a receiver, characterized in that two transistors of the same type, instead of the conventional complementary type, are used as two transistors each connected in series to the right and left motors for separately driving each of the motors, and a common power supply is used for driving the motors to permit control signals from the receiver to be introduced via a phase division circuit.

A radio controlled, battery-operated model toy having an electric motor, a battery device for supplying energy to the electric motor, a radio control receiver, and a servo mechanism operated by the output of the receiver, wherein a voltage responsive automatic circuit breaker which opens the electric circuit of the electric motor in response to a voltage drop in the battery device and holds the circuit in the open stage is provided between the battery device and the electric motor, and a voltage regulator/noise filter is provided between the battery device and the radio control receiver.

In a radio control system of the digital proportional control type in which a control signal whose period comprises a plurality of control pulses and a timing pulse is transmitted to control servomechanisms in response to the time width of each control pulse, the carrier wave exists only for the time between the trailing end of each control pulse and the leading end of the next control pulse, for the time between the trailing end of the timing pulse and the leading end of the first control pulse, and for the time between the leading end of the timing pulse and the trailing end of the last control pulse, in order to minimize consumption of the supply battery.
