A video output controlling apparatus and a video output controlling method that can reduce the possibility that a video for which encryption is required may be outputted in a non-encrypted state are provided. A first acceptance unit () accepts a video and an encryption necessity signal indicative of whether or not encryption of the video is required via a first route. A second acceptance unit () accept a control signal via a second route different from the first route. A video conversion unit () converts, in accordance with the control signal, the video accepted by the first acceptance unit () into one of a video that is different in a format from that of the video and is in an encrypted state and a video that is different in a format from that of the video and is not in an encrypted state. An output controlling unit () performs control regarding whether or not the video is to be outputted based on the encryption necessity signal and whether or not the video after conversion by the video conversion unit () is in an encrypted state.

Video output controlling apparatus and video output controlling method

A video output apparatus that outputs video data in a first format to a conversion apparatus that converts and outputs the received data in the first format into data in a second format. The conversion apparatus sequentially outputs a blank signal, a vertical synchronization signal, and a blank signal. The video output apparatus includes a frame image data output unit that outputs the first frame image data to the conversion apparatus, a blank signal output unit that outputs a blank signal to the conversion apparatus, and a trigger signal output unit that outputs, to the conversion apparatus, a trigger signal to be converted into a vertical synchronization signal by the conversion apparatus.

Video output apparatus, conversion apparatus, video output method, and conversion method

A power conversion apparatus of this invention includes a power switching device, a voltage sensor, a current sensor, and a device controller connected to the switching device, the voltage sensor, and the current sensor. The voltage sensor detects an output voltage of the switching device to output a first signal depending on the output voltage, and the current sensor detects an output current of the switching device to output a second signal depending on the output current. The device controller includes a driver connected to the switching device and a correcter connected to the driver, the voltage sensor and the current sensor. The driver outputs a third drive signal to the switching device. The correcter monitors a switching loss and a surge voltage by using the first and second signals, and corrects the third signal depending on values of the switching loss and the surge voltage.

A power semiconductor device includes an input signal processor circuit to which control signals are input, and power device driving circuits for individually driving power devices based on output signal of the input signal processor circuit. Level shift circuits are individually inserted between the input signal processor circuit and the power device driving circuit on a p-side and between the input signal processor circuit and the power device driving circuit on an n-side to electrically insulate GND lines for the p-side and n-side power device driving circuits and a GND line for the input signal processor circuit.
