Provided is a method for producing a glass unit. The method comprises a step (A) of obtaining a glass plate; a step (B) of applying a protective sheet to one face of the glass plate; an optional step (C) of subjecting the glass plate to at least one process selected from the group consisting of transportation, storage, processing, washing and handling; a step (D) of removing the protective sheet from the glass plate; and a step (E) of assembling a glass unit using the glass plate. The protective sheet comprises a substrate layer, and a PSA layer provided to at least one face of the substrate layer. The PSA layer has a surface hardness of 0.3 MPa or greater.

Method for producing glass unit and pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet

Provided is a method for producing a glass unit. The method comprises a step (A) of obtaining a glass plate comprising a glass substrate and a Low-E layer placed on the glass substrate; a step (B) of applying a protective sheet to the Low-E layer surface of the glass plate; an optional step (C) of subjecting the glass plate to at least one process selected from the group consisting of transportation, storage, processing, washing and handling; a step (D) of removing the protective sheet from the glass plate; and a step (E) of assembling a glass unit using the glass plate. The protective sheet comprises a waterproof layer, and a PSA layer provided to at least one face of the waterproof layer. The PSA layer has a surface hardness of 0.5 MPa or less.

Method for producing glass unit, pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet, and use of corrosion inhibitor

Provided is a surface protection sheet that is less susceptible to breaking and tearing caused by adherend processing and can be easily removed from the adherend. The surface protection sheet comprises a substrate and a PSA layer placed on one face of the substrate. The base polymer of the PSA layer has a glass transition temperature of &#x2212;50&#xb0; C. or higher. The surface protection sheet has at least 200% elongation at break in both the machine direction and the transverse direction.

An aim of the prevention invention is to provide a water dispersion type acryl-based pressure-sensitive adhesive composition for re-peeling, which can prevent electrification of an adherend at the time of peeling (peeling antistatic properties) and which can form a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer excellent in adherability and re-peelable properties, and also to provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet having a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer formed of the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition. The re-peelable water dispersion type acryl-based pressure-sensitive adhesive composition of the present invention contains an acrylic emulsion-based polymer composed of a (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester and a carboxyl-containing unsaturated monomer as raw material monomers, a perfluoroalkyl-containing oligomer, and an ionic compound.
