The state determination unit switches between first execution processing that executes a function of the information processing device by way of an operating system, and second execution processing that stops operation of the operating system during operation, and executes a specific function of the information processing device by way of a specific program without turning ON a power source of the information processing device. The second execution processing is not performed during execution of the first execution processing.
