A wiper member used in a container for packaging and dispensing cosmetic or care products. The wiper member comprises a housing wherein said housing is having at least one sidewall, wherein the at least one sidewall takes up a wiping configuration and a non-wiping configuration when a component is caused to travel through the housing. In the non-wiping configuration, a lower portion of the at least one sidewall is in an unfolded position and in the wiping configuration, the lower portion of the at least one sidewall folds inwardly upon itself into said housing.

Wiper member for a container

The present invention generally is a container for storing cosmetic or care products. More particularly, the invention relates to a cosmetic container comprising a receptacle and a cover wherein the cover comprises an integrated applicator wherein the applicator is retractable within the cover. There is provided a cosmetic container comprising a receptacle, said receptacle comprising a housing for storing a product; a cover, said cover comprising a housing that accommodates an applicator and a protrusion retraction mechanism assembly for operating the applicator such that the applicator is integrated within the cover; and an actuating means for actuating the operation of the protrusion retraction mechanism assembly.

Cosmetic container

An adjustable applicator employed for application of a cosmetic or a care product such as for application of mascara, coloring strands of hair, for dental flossing or for applying pharmaceuticals or cleaning agents is provided. In one embodiment, an adjustable applicator includes an applicator element having a bore, a filament wherein the filament is housed inside the bore of the applicator element and a clasping means wherein the applicator element angularly deforms when a force is applied on the clasping means such that the angular deformation occurs on the radial axis of the applicator element. Also disclosed is a device for packaging and dispensing a substance that includes an adjustable applicator.

Adjustable applicator

The present invention generally is a refill container for holding at least two products. The refill container of the present invention is configured to comprise at least two receptacles abutting each other, wherein either all the receptacles contain a similar product or one of the receptacles holds a related product or a tool. Each of the receptacles has a top end, a bottom end and at least one sidewall. The refill container is configured to be mounted in a refillable case wherein the refillable case comprises of a base and a cover. Also disclosed is refillable product container in which are replaced the refill containers once the initial product is finished.

Refill container for consumer products

An applicator assembly and in particular, relates to an adjustable applicator capable of being adjusted to retain variable quantities of a product is provided. Also disclosed is a container comprising an applicator assembly for storing and application of consumer products such as cosmetic, hair care or dental products. The applicator assembly is configured to comprise at least two applicator heads, wherein the applicator heads are arranged to be movable relative to each other thereby resulting in change in density of the bristles of the applicator assembly.

Adjustable applicator assembly

A cosmetics container for storing and applying a cosmetic product is provided. In one embodiment, a cosmetics container includes a container body having an opening and a double walled cavity and a cap wherein the cap accommodates an applicator by way of a biasing means wherein said applicator includes a rod and an applicator element connected to a first end of the rod, and wherein said double walled cavity is closed by the rod when the applicator is mounted on the container.

Cosmetics container

A loose powder container is provided. The powder container includes a cap and a receptacle for storing the loose powder. The cap includes a brush integrated into the cap. The cap also comprises two sections, such that, in an initial position an upper section is aligned with respect to a lower section of the cap. Clockwise rotation of the upper section in order to misalign it with the lower section of the cap, results in the brush protruding from the cap. The brush is completely protruded when the upper section of the cap is re-aligned with the lower section of the cap upon a 180 degree rotation in the clockwise direction. The fully protruded brush is twirled around to pick loose powder through a perforated layer comprised in the receptacle. The brush is retracted upon anti-clockwise rotation of the upper section, to align it in the initial position with the lower section.
