An information management system provided with a plurality of external devices able to send and receive information and a server configured to be able to communicate with the external devices. The external devices are configured to send to the server the amounts of COrecovery recovered by the vehicles provided with the COrecovery devices. The server is configured to add up and manage the amounts of COrecovery sent from the external device.

Information management system and information management method

A COseparation system configured to separate COfrom mixed gas containing COincludes a COseparator, a COcollector, and a pressure difference generator. The COseparator includes a separation membrane configured to separate the COfrom the mixed gas, and a separation-membrane upstream chamber and a separation-membrane downstream chamber demarcated by the separation membrane. The COseparator is disposed to cause the mixed gas to flow into the separation-membrane upstream chamber. The pressure difference generator includes at least a negative pressure generator. The negative pressure generator is disposed on a gas path of the permeating gas that connects the separation-membrane downstream chamber and the COcollector.

A display device of a vehicle on which a COrecovery device is mounted, the COrecovery device through which gas circulates recovering carbon dioxide from the gas, the display device includes: a controller configured to control the vehicle, the controller including a recovery state determination unit configured to determine a recovery amount or a recovery state of the carbon dioxide recovered by the COrecovery device and an image data creation unit configured to create image data corresponding to the recovery amount or the recovery state detected by the recovery state determination unit; and a display screen configured to receive the image data and display an image corresponding to the image data, wherein the image data and the image vary depending on the recovery amount or the recovery state.

A control system for a vehicle having a CO2 capturing device configured to capture CO2 certainly from gas streams. The CO2 captured by the CO2 capturing device is desorbed from the CO2 capturing device by an energy available in the vehicle. A controller is configured to discharge the CO2 captured by the CO2 capturing device into the recovery station by energy delivered from the recovery station to the CO2 capturing device when the energy available in the vehicle is less than a predetermined value.

Separation efficiency of a gas in a gas separator mounted on a vehicle is improved. The gas separation system mounted on the vehicle provided with an internal combustion engine includes the gas separator configured to separate a predetermined component in the gas under the existence of water, a first passage connected to the gas separator so as to introduce an atmosphere into the gas separator, and a second passage connecting between an exhaust passage of the internal combustion engine and the first passage so as to introduce exhaust gas of the internal combustion engine into the gas separator.

A COtrapping device mounted in a hybrid vehicle, provided with a branch passage branched from an exhaust passage, a COtrapping part provided at the branch passage and trapping COin inflowing exhaust gas, a cooling part using electric power of the battery to cool the COtrapping part, a flow controlling part controlling an amount of flow of the exhaust gas flowing into the branch passage, and a COtrapping control part controlling the cooling part and the flow controlling part, the COtrapping control part controlling the flow controlling part so as to make the cooling part stop cooling and to shut off the flow of the exhaust gas to the COtrapping part when a charging rate of the battery becomes a predetermined SOC threshold value or less.

An exhaust gas purification apparatus for an internal combustion engine includes a first heat exchanger arranged in an exhaust passage of an internal combustion engine and configured to carry out heat exchange between outside air and exhaust gas of the internal combustion engine, a second heat exchanger arranged in the exhaust passage and configured to carry out heat exchange between a circulating heating medium and the exhaust gas, and a carbon dioxide separator arranged in the exhaust passage at the downstream side of the first heat exchanger and the second heat exchanger and configured to separate carbon dioxide from the exhaust gas.

Exhaust gas purification apparatus for internal combustion engine

The COseparation system performs, when the internal combustion engine is operating and the vehicle is travelling, a first mode wherein exhaust gas generated by the internal combustion engine is introduced to a COsupply side of a first COseparation device via a first COsupply side introduction flow path, and air from outside the vehicle is introduced to a COpermeation side of the first COseparation device via a first COpermeation side introduction flow path using travelling wind, whereby COin the exhaust gas selectively permeates from the COsupply side to the COpermeation side of the first COseparation device through a COpermeable membrane of the first COseparation device using a difference in COpartial pressure between the COsupply side and the COpermeation side of the first COseparation device as a driving force.

In a control system that includes a pressure accumulating portion that supplies CNG to a fuel injection valve and a regulator that adjusts a pressure in the pressure accumulating portion to a set pressure and of which a valve element opens when CNG is supplied to the pressure accumulating portion and closes when supply of CNG to the pressure accumulating portion is shut off, a control parameter relating to a combustion state in an internal combustion engine is controlled on the basis of a length of a period during which an opening degree of the valve element reduces from a first predetermined opening degree to a second predetermined opening degree when the pressure in the pressure accumulating portion is adjusted to the set pressure by the regulator.

When only smoke is generated, the sensor sensitivity is not substantially changed from the initial value. When both smoke and unburned HC are generated, the number of times the sensor sensitivity becomes lower than the initial value is increased. From these results, it can be understood that a deposit is formed in the presence of unburned HC and smoke existing simultaneously. The degree of reduction in sensor sensitivity becomes higher if the smoke concentration is increased when the unburned HC concentration condition is fixed. From this result, it can also be understood that while the coexistence of smoke and unburned HC is a prerequisite, unburned HC contributes largely to the formation of a deposit.

Device for controlling in-cylinder pressure sensor

A device for separating fuel components comprising a separating membrane for separating high-octane fuel components from un-separated fuel and a heat exchanger between first liquid passing through the heat exchanger and second liquid passing through the heat exchanger, is provided. The first liquid is un-separated fuel passing through the heat exchanger before being supplied to the separating membrane. The second liquid is low-octane fuel remaining when the high-octane fuel components are separated from the un-separated fuel, passing through the heat exchanger after changing to an almost liquid phase.

Device for separating fuel components

A device for separating fuel components comprises a separating membrane for separating high-octane fuel components from un-separated fuel, a heater for heating the un-separated fuel and a pressure apparatus for pressurizing the un-separated fuel. In the device, un-separated fuel is heated by the heater and is pressurized by the pressure apparatus such that the state of the un-separated fuel is changed to a mixed gas phase and liquid phase state of a gas weight ratio from 50% to 95% before coming into contact with the separating membrane.

A fuel separation apparatus comprises a stock fuel storage tank storing stock fuel, a separator provided with a separation film separating the stock fuel into high octane value fuel with an octane value higher than the stock fuel and a low octane value fuel with an octane value lower than the stock fuel, and a high octane value fuel storage tank storing the high octane value fuel separated by the separator. When the temperature of the separation film is lower than the high octane value fuel separation temperature, the high octane value fuel stored in the high octane value fuel storage tank is supplied to the separator. Due to this, vaporization of fuel is suppressed and the fuel can be quickly raised in temperature. Due to this, a vehicle mounted fuel separation apparatus able to quickly raise the temperature of the fuel supplied to the separation film so as to quickly raise the temperature of the separation film at the time of engine cold start can be provided.

Vehicle mounted fuel separation apparatus

A vehicle-mounted fuel separation systemis provided with a fuel heating deviceheating stock fuel and a separatorseparating stock fuel heated by the fuel heating device into a plurality of types of fuel. Furthermore, a forced exhaust deviceforcibly exhausting the fuel in the fuel heating device from the fuel heating device when the temperature of the fuel in the fuel heating device becomes a reference temperature or more or is expected to become a reference temperature or more is provided. Due to this, a fuel separation system where excessive heating of the fuel by the fuel heating device of the fuel separation system is prevented is provided.

Vehicle-mounted fuel separation system

A fuel management system mounted on a vehicle is operative to feed individually or a mixture of grades of relatively low, intermediate, and high autoignition temperature fuels to an associated internal combustion engine. The system includes an on board separation unit (OBS unit) for receiving and separating intermediate autoignition temperature (IAT) fuel into low and high autoignition temperature fuels, LAT and HAT, respectively. The production rate of the LAT and HAT fuels by the OBS unit is controlled to substantially match the consumption requirements of the engine at any given time for the LAT and HAT fuels.
