A station for a lawn mower for charging a storage battery included in the lawn mower that autonomously travels and perform specified work, the station including: a base that stores the lawn mower; and a power supply device that supplies electric power to the storage battery included in the lawn mower when the lawn mower is stored in the base, in which the power supply device or the base includes power supply means for supplying electric power from the power supply device to power receiving means for supplying received electric power to the storage battery included in the lawn mower, and the power supply device is attachable to and detachable from the base.

An autonomous travel work machine includes a main body and a wheel, and is configured to execute a predetermined operation on an operation target while causing the main body to autonomously travel with the wheel. The autonomous travel work machine includes: an operation unit having a shape projecting from an upper face of the main body, the operation unit being operated by being pressed from an upper face side; and a protection unit located at a front side in a traveling direction of the main body relative to the operation unit, the protection unit being disposed at a height equal to or higher than an upper end of the operation unit.

The autonomous travel work machine executes the predetermined operation on the operation target while autonomously traveling, and includes: a driving unit driving a wheel to cause a main body to travel; a reception opening disposed on a side face of the main body regarding a traveling direction of the main body; an operation unit mounted on the main body and executing the predetermined operation on the operation target; and a control unit that controls the driving unit switchably between a first operation of causing the main body to travel against the operation target and executing the predetermined operation by the operation unit on the operation target and a second operation of moving the main body to a position where the operation target can be received in the reception opening and executing the predetermined operation by the operation unit on the operation target received in the reception opening.

A centrifugal pump includes an impeller rotatably disposed in a volute case for forcing a fluid to flow along a volute internal flow channel formed in the volute case, and first to fourth flow-channel recessed portions opening to the volute internal flow channel. The first and fourth flow-channel recessed portions are formed so as to be recessed in a direction substantially orthogonal to a direction of flow of the fluid. In a self-priming operation, the fluid is introduced into the first and fourth recessed portions whereupon the prime fluid is stirred within internal spaces of the first and second flow-channel recessed portions.
