A connecting end portion of a shield pipe with respect to a shield member is waterproofed. A shield conduction path includes: a shield pipe having a connecting end portion opened obliquely downward; a braided wire fasten to an outer periphery of the portion by a swaging ring; a plurality of wires inserted into the pipe and braided wire; a rubber shield grommet and surrounding a fastening region between the braided wire and swaging ring; a binding band that fixes an upper end portion of the grommet to an outer periphery of the pipe in a liquid tight manner; a tube formed of synthetic resin surrounding the braided wire and having an upper end portion surrounding a lower end of the grommet; and exterior adhesive tape wound in a liquid tight manner from an outer periphery of the upper end portion of the tube over an outer periphery of the grommet.

Shield conduction path

Embodiments of the present application provide better configurations of a partition-attached metal pipe as an external cover material for a wire harness, including: a metal pipe through which a wire harness including a plurality of electrical wires can be inserted; and a separate metal partition member that is to be assembled by being inserted into the pipe; wherein a plurality of electrical wire insertion spaces that are partitioned by the partition member and a circumferential wall of the pipe are provided continuously in an axial direction of the pipe.

External cover material for wire harness

A clamp has a function of attaching a pipe harness in which electric wires are inserted into a metal pipe to a vehicle body, and a function of externally fitting and fixing a grommet to the pipe harness. A first portion and a second portion having a pair of semicircular inner surfaces are coupled with a thin-walled hinge, the clamp being provided with a locking portion and a locked portion that can be locked to each other on free end sides, a vehicle body fixing portion being provided on either the first portion or the second portion, and grommet fixing projections extending in the circumferential direction being provided on the semicircular inner surfaces of the first portion and the second portion, and a cylindrical portion of the grommet that is externally fitted to the pipe harness is covered with the first portion and the second portion.

Clamp

A plurality of wires are prevented from being damaged from contact with an edge of an end portion of a shield pipe through which the wires are inserted. A shield pipe through which a wire harness including a plurality of wires routed in a hybrid automobile or an electric automobile has partition walls separating the plurality of inserted wires one by one and projecting continuously in an axis direction of the pipe from an inner surface of a peripheral wall of a pipe main body. The partition walls corresponding to the number of wires inserted through the shield pipe are provided radially in a cross section. Each of the partition walls has at least one bending portion extending in the axis direction of the pipe.

A clamp has a configuration in which a first portion and a second portion having a pair of semicircular inner surfaces are coupled with a thin-walled hinge, a locking portion and a locked portion are provided on free ends of the first and the second portions, the locking portion and the locked portion being lockable to each other, clamping the metal pipe inserted between the semicircular inner surfaces of the first and the second portions. An attaching hole into which an attaching member protruding from the vehicle body can be inserted and locked thereto is provided on the first portion, an opening is provided in a partition portion that separates the attaching hole and the semicircular inner surfaces, a swinging piece projects into the opening, an attaching member contact projection is provided on one side of the swinging piece, and a squeezing rib projects from the other side.
