A dielectric device includes a dielectric substrate and a resonator unit. The resonator unit includes first and second holes. The first hole opens on a first surface of the dielectric substrate and extends toward a second surface opposite to the first surface. A first internal conductor is provided inside the first hole. The second hole opens on a third surface of the dielectric substrate, extends toward a fourth surface opposite to the third surface, and is connected to the first hole. A second internal conductor is provided inside the second hole with one end connected to an external conductor film on the third surface and the other end connected to the first internal conductor. The first hole has a recess opposed to a junction with the second hole. The first internal conductor in the recess is opposed to the external conductor film on the fourth surface across the dielectric substrate.

Dielectric device

A dielectric device includes a dielectric substrate, a plurality of resonator units, and first and second terminals. The dielectric substrate has an external conductor film thereon. Each of the resonator units has a hole and an internal conductor provided inside the hole and connecting with the external conductor film. The first terminal is provided on the dielectric substrate and electrically coupled with at least one of the resonator units. The second terminal is provided on the dielectric substrate and electrically coupled with at least another of the resonator units. An intermediate conductor film, which is a part of the external conductor film, is provided between the first and second terminals. The intermediate conductor film has an insulating film thereon.

There is provided a dielectric ceramic material in which the firing temperature dependency of the relative dielectric constant can be suppressed and the mechanical strength can be improved. Specifically, there is provided a dielectric ceramic material including: main constituents given by a composition located in the region, in a ternary diagram of ZrO, SnOand TiOshown in FIG., bounded by point A, point B, point C, point D, point E and point F; and ZnO: 0.5 to 5 wt %, NiO: 0.1 to 3 wt %, and SiO: 0.008 to 1.5 wt % in relation to the total weight of the main constituents. The dielectric ceramic material can include NbO: 0.2 wt % or less and KO: 0.035 wt % or less in relation to the total weight of the main constituents.

Dielectric ceramic material

A dielectric device includes a dielectric substrate that includes at least one resonator unit. An external conductor film covers most of the outer surface of the dielectric substrate, except one end surface. The at least one resonator unit includes a first hole and a second hole. The first hole is provided in the dielectric substrate, extending from the end surface to an opposite surface, being open at the end surface and the opposite surface, and having a first internal conductor inside thereof. The second hole is provided in the dielectric substrate at a predetermined distance from the first hole, extends from the end surface toward the opposite surface, being open at the end surface, closed at the opposite surface, and having a second internal conductor inside thereof. The second internal conductor is connected to the first internal conductor at the end surface.

The present invention relates to a dielectric device that is suitable for miniaturization and height reduction and is surface-mountable. In a resonator unit Q a first hole is provided to a dielectric substarate extends from a surface toward a surface opposite thereto, opens in the surface and has a first internal conductor in the interior. A second hole is provided to the dielectric substarate opens in a surface adjacent to the surface extends from the surface toward a surface opposite thereto, and is connected with the first hole in the interior of the dielectric substarate The second hole has a second internal conductor in the interior, and the second internal conductor is connected to the first internal conductor in the interior of the dielectric substarate

Dielectric filter, and method of manufacturing the same

An electronic component including a dielectric block a first electrode conductor section having an exposed and developed photosensitive conductive paste on a principal surface of the dielectric block, and an inner peripheral electrode conductor section formed of a non-photosensitive conductive paste on an inner peripheral face of a through hole that is opened through the principal surface. Further, both electrode conductor sections are overlapped at least partly near an opening portion of the through hole on the principal plane to electrically conduct to make up of dielectric filter.

A multilayer inductor 1 is fabricated, for example, by sandwiching a first magnetic material sheet (21) between a second magnetic material sheet (22) and a third magnetic material sheet (23) and integrating the three layers. The first magnetic material sheet (21) is preferably at least 0.2 mm thick and has a first spiral conductor pattern (31) having an extreme lead-out portion (310) formed on its upper major surface. The first sheet (21) is provided with a through-hole (4) extending between the opposed major surfaces and having a larger diameter on the conductor pattern bearing surface. The through-hole (4) is filled with a conductor (35) contiguous to the first conductor pattern (31). The second magnetic material sheet (22) has a second spiral conductor pattern (32) having an extreme lead-out portion (320) formed on its upper major surface and connected to the conductor (35) in the through-hole (4). The magnetic material sheets (21, 22) on their major surfaces having the first and second conductor patterns (31, 32) formed thereon are provided with dummy conductor patterns (61, 65) which are spaced from and opposed to the extreme lead-out portions (310, 320), respectively, and external electrodes are connected. Benefits include easy fabrication, safe connection, least property variation, improved manufacturing yield and reliability.
