Provided is a reactor including a coil provided with two winding portions that are obtained by winding a winding wire such that axes of the winding portions are parallel to each other, and a magnetic core including a rectangular parallelepiped inner core portion disposed in each of the winding portions, and outer core portions that are disposed outside the winding portions and are for linking the inner core portions, in which at least one of two outer corner portions out of four corner portions of each of the inner core portions includes a corner chamfering portion that has been chamfered more than an inner corner portion that is opposite the outer corner portion, the four corner portions facing an inner circumferential surface of the winding portion and the two outer corner portions being disposed on the side of each winding portion that is distant from the other winding portion.

Reactor

A reactor includes: a coil including a first winding portion and a second winding portion formed by winding a winding wire, such that axes of the winding portions are parallel; and a magnetic core including: a first inner core portion arranged in the first winding portion; a second inner core portion arranged in the second winding portion; and outer core portions that are arranged outside of the winding portions and couple both inner core portions. A specification of a constituent material of the first inner core portion and a specification of a constituent material of the second inner core portion are different, and the second inner core portion is configured such that alternating-current loss of the second inner core portion and the second winding portion is smaller than alternating-current loss of the first inner core portion and the first winding portion.

A reactor including: a coil that includes a winding portion; a magnetic core that includes an inner core portion that is located inside the winding portion and an outer core portion that is located outside the winding portion; an inner interposed member that is interposed between an inner surface of the winding portion and the inner core portion; and an end surface interposed member that is interposed between an end surface of the winding portion and the outer core portion. The inner interposed member is provided with first positioning portions that engage with the end surface interposed member and are located so as to respectively face a first pair of surfaces of the outer core portion to position the outer core portion, the first pair of surfaces being composed of a pair of surfaces that face each other.

Provided is a core component having a powder compact and a resin-molded portion joined to each other. In a core component including a powder compact obtained by compression molding a raw material powder containing a soft magnetic powder and a resin-molded portion formed on the surface of the powder compact, and constituting a part of a magnetic core disposed inside and outside a coil included in a reactor, an intermediate layer formed of a silane coupling agent is provided between the powder compact and the resin-molded portion. The powder compact and the resin-molded portion can be bound to each other via the intermediate layer formed of the silane coupling agent. The silane coupling agent not only binds chemically to the surface of the powder compact but also binds chemically to the resin-molded portion, and therefore, the joining the powder compact and the resin-molded portion via the intermediate layer.

Core component, method for manufacturing core component, and reactor

Provided is a reactor that can maintain the state of being fixed to an installation target, and whose magnetic core is difficult to damage. The reactor includes a combined body that includes: a coil; and a magnetic core that is located inside and outside the coil to form a closed magnetic circuit. An outer core portion of the magnetic core, the outer core portion, which is located outside the coil: is formed using a composite material that is a resin in which magnetic powder is dispersed; and is provided with bolt holes into which bolts for fixing the combined body to an installation target are inserted. The reactor further includes a flat plate member that is fastened to the outer core portion by the bolts, and is disposed such that the coil is exposed.

Provided is a reactor that enables an end portion of a wire forming a coil to be accurately connected to a terminal fitting and that also has excellent assemblability. A reactor includes a coil formed by winding a wire and a magnetic core having a portion disposed inside the coil, wherein the magnetic core includes a terminal-equipped outer core component, the terminal-equipped outer core component including a side main portion protruding from the coil and constituting a magnetic circuit, a terminal fitting connected to an end portion of the wire, and a side resin-molded portion integrally holding the side main portion and the terminal fitting.

Provided is a reactor in which an accessory member that is attached to the reactor is integrated with an assembly. The reactor includes an assembly of a coil having a winding portion and a magnetic core and an accessory member that is attached to the assembly. In this reactor, an outer core portion of the magnetic core is made of a composite material obtained by dispersing soft magnetic powder in a resin, the outer core portion protruding from the winding portion, and the accessory member includes an embedded portion that is embedded in the outer core portion and a functional portion that protrudes outward from the outer core portion.

A reactor that can measure the temperature of the magnetic core is provided. The reactor includes an assembly having a magnetic core and a coil that has a winding portion, and a temperature sensor that measures the temperature of the reactor. The magnetic core has an inner core portion that is inserted into the winding portion, and a sensor disposition groove is formed in an outer peripheral face of the inner core portion and is disposed inside the winding portion. The temperature sensor is provided inside the sensor disposition groove. According to this configuration, it is possible to precisely measure the temperature of the magnetic core while the reactor is operating.

In a current detection device for detecting current in a busbar, a reduction in device size may be realized by employing a small magnetic core. The prevention or reduction of excessive heat generation by the busbar, the facilitation of the attachment task, and a reduction in the amount of space required for the attachment task may also be realized. The folded-back busbar is U-shaped with a bar-shaped penetration portion that passes through a hole portion of a magnetic core, two bar-shaped extension portions, and two flat plate-shaped penetration portions. The width of each terminal portion is larger than the widths of the penetration portion and the extension portions. An insulating casing supports the magnetic core, a Hall element, and the folded-back busbar in a fixed positional relationship, with the two terminal portions being exposed to the outside.

Current detection device

A current detector includes a magnetic core that is molded by sintering powder made from a magnetic material, and a current detection busbar. The current detection busbar is a conductor including a penetrating portion that penetrates a hole portion of the magnetic core in a first direction in which a current flows, and terminal portions that are in connection with the penetrating portion on both sides in the first direction. The width of the terminal portions is larger than the maximum width of the hole portion, and the minimum width of the cross-sectional contour of the penetrating portion is larger than the thickness of the terminal portions. An insulating casing holds the magnetic core, the current detection busbar, and the Hall element, while keeping them from coming into contact with each other.

Current detector

An overcurrent cutoff device includes a heat generating unit located in series with a path leading from a battery B for a vehicle to a motor via a wire, and a heat sensing unit with characteristics varying with the temperature supplied from the heat generating unit. The overcurrent cutoff device cuts off overcurrent by activating a switching element, based on a signal in accordance with the temperature obtained from the heat sensing unit. The overcurrent cutoff device includes an overcurrent detecting element in which the heat generating unit and the heat sensing unit are integrally covered with a molded resin section.

A reliable solar cell module is provided whereby the liquid is less likely to stay thereon, thus dirt is less likely to occur on the light receiving surface of the solar cell module even in a prolonged use. A solar cell module comprising a solar cell panel, and a module frame. The solar cell module comprising a light receiving surface side member with a light receiving surface: a rear surface side member; and a solar cell element between the light receiving surface side member an the rear surface side member. The module frame fixed to the solar cell panel and surrounding the solar cell panel with its interior surface being abutted with an external peripheral part of the solar cell panel. The module frame comprises a notch extending from its inner part towards its external part in plan view from a side of the light receiving surface side member. The notch member comprises: a first portion on an upper surface of the module frame extending so as to reach an exterior side surface of the module frame, a second portion on the exterior side surface of the module frame connected to the first portion and extending from the upper surface of the module frame so that a lower end of an exterior side surface of the light receiving surface side member is exposed, and a draw part with smallest width.

Solar cell module and solar cell array

A solar cell module includes a base body, a plurality of solar cell elements arranged at intervals over the base body, a resin layer disposed on the solar cell elements and comprising a plurality of recesses on its surface facing opposite to the solar cell elements, and a protective sheet disposed on the resin layer. The protective sheet comprises a plurality of protrusions which correspond to the recesses of the resin layer and which are in contact with the recesses. The height of first protrusion at a location corresponding to the interval between the solar cell elements among the plurality of protrusions is higher than the height of second protrusion at a location corresponding to the solar cell element among the plurality of protrusions. The interval between adjacent ones of the second protrusions in a portion corresponding to an end portion of the base body in longer than the interval between adjacent ones of the second protrusions in a portion corresponding to a central portion of the base body.
