An electric connection box,comprises a connection box body,, which includes a plurality of projecting tab terminal portions,connected respectively to one ends,of relay terminals,, and a support seat,on which the one ends,of the relay terminals,are seated in such a manner that the tab terminal portions 13,pass through the support seat, and a cover,which includes terminal insertion ports,opposed respectively to the tab terminal portions 13,, and terminal receiving portions for respectively receiving the relay terminals,. The cover covers the relay terminals,and the connection box body,, and terminal portions,of an electric part,are adapted to be inserted respectively into the terminal insertion ports,. The terminal portions,of the electric part,are passed respectively through the terminal insertion ports,in the cover,, and are connected respectively to the other ends,of the relay terminals,. The connection box body,and the support seat,are formed separately from each other.

A wire-circuit sheet includes: a resin sheet with circuit connecting holes, wires lying across the circuit connecting holes , and at least on cutting hole to punch the resin sheet so as to cut simultaneously the wires. Further, a wire-circuit sheet and its manufacturing method include: a resin sheet on which a plurality of wires lie as crossing or coming close to each other, cutting holes being provided at the crossing or close points of the plurality of wires to cut off the wires and the sheet together, and the wires being fixed and sandwiched in between laminated resin sheets with a sticky surface. Moreover, in an electric junction box utilizing the wire-circuit sheet, a busbar-wire connecting method includes the steps of: forming insertion holes through a cover in order to insert and fix busbar-tabs as terminals; inserting the busbar-tabs as terminals into the insertion holes in the cover; mounting a wire-circuit sheet at a predetermined position on the cover; and using the busbar-tabs as welding electrodes to weld the wires and the busbar-tabs together to connect them in a conductive state.

Wire-circuit sheet manufacturing method

In a connector fixing construction, connectors are mounted on a printed circuit board, and wall portions, covering peripheral surfaces of the connectors, respectively, are formed on a cover covering the printed circuit board. Therefore, even if a lateral external force acts on the connector when a mating connector is inserted into and removed from the connector, the connector is prevented from being moved laterally, thereby certainly preventing damage, such as a crack, to solder portions by which terminals of the connector are connected to a circuit pattern.

Method of making wire-circuit sheet

A voltage regulating circuit for automotive vehicles includes: a supply voltage; a load; and a Positive Temperature Coefficient ('PTC') resistance element connected in series between the supply voltage and the load, for regulating voltage applied from the supply voltage to the load creating by a voltage drop across the PTC element. The PTC element includes a PTC element body substance; electrode plates provided on both side surfaces of the PTC element body substance; connection terminals provided for the respective electrode plates; and a return portion provided for at least one of the electrode plates or the connection terminals, for adjusting resistance of the element.
