A differential amplifier circuit includes a first differential transistor pair, a second differential transistor pair, an adder section and an amplifying unit. The first differential transistor pair receives first and second input signals and an output signal as a third input signal, and the second differential transistor pair receives the first and second input signals and the output signal as a fourth input signal. The adder section adds first output signals from the first differential transistor pair and second output signals from the second differential transistor pair, and the amplifying unit amplifies an addition resultant signal from the adder section to output to the first and second differential transistor pairs.

Differential amplifying circuit

The present invention aims to elucidate a polynucleotide as a novel responsible gene for cancer and aims to thus provide a method for detecting the polynucleotide and a polypeptide encoded by the polynucleotide and a detection kit, a probe set, and a primer set for the detection. The present invention also aims to provide a pharmaceutical composition for treating cancer. The method detects a fusion gene composed of a portion of an FGFR3 gene and a portion of a TACC3 gene or a fusion protein encoded by the fusion gene. The primer set, the probe set, or the detection kit comprises a sense primer and a probe set designed from the portion encoding FGFR3 and an antisense primer and a probe set designed from the portion encoding TACC3. Since an inhibitor of the polypeptide exhibits antitumor effect, a pharmaceutical composition for treating cancer which is positive for either the fusion gene or the polypeptide is provided.

Methods for treating cancer by inhibiting FGFR3/TACC3 fusion protein

[Problem] The present invention aims to elucidate a polynucleotide as a novel responsible gene for cancer and aims to thus provide a method for detecting the polynucleotide and a polypeptide encoded by the polynucleotide and a detection kit, a probe set, and a primer set for the detection. Output circuit

A display panel driver is provided with: first and second amplifiers; first to n-th even output nodes, n being an integer of two or more; first to n-th odd output nodes; first and second output pads connected to data lines of a display panel, respectively; first to n-th switch blocks; first to n-th even electrostatic protection resistors; and first to n-th odd electrostatic protection resistors. The i-th switch block out of the first to n-th switch blocks is configured to switch connections between the first and second amplifiers and i-th even and odd electrostatic protection resistors out of the first to n-th even and odd electrostatic protection resistors. The first to n-th even electrostatic protection resistors are connected between the first to n-th even output nodes and the first output pad, respectively. The first to n-th odd electrostatic protection resistors are connected between the first to n-th odd output nodes and the second output pad, respectively.

Display panel driver

A differential amplifier circuit includes: an NMOS transistor pair connected with a non-inversion input terminal and an inversion input terminal; a PMOS transistor pair connected with the non-inversion input terminal and the inversion input terminal; and an output circuit section. The PMOS transistor pair includes first and second PMOS transistors, and the NMOS transistor pair includes first and second non-doped type NMOS transistors as a depletion type of NMOS transistors in which a channel region is formed in a P-type substrate without a P well. The output circuit section includes a first current mirror of a folded cascode type connected with the first and second non-doped type NMOS transistors, and outputs an output voltage in response to a current from the first current mirror.

In an operational amplifier, a control unit switches an operation mode between first and second operation modes. A first output drive stage circuit section is configured to amplify a first input signal differentially-amplified by a first or a second input differential stage circuit section to output as a first drive voltage, similar to a second output drive stage circuit section. First and second power supplies: supply voltages in a first voltage range to the first differential stage circuit section and the first output drive stage circuit section in the first operation mode, supply voltages in the first voltage range to the second differential stage circuit section and the first output drive stage circuit section in the second operation mode, similar to third and fourth power supplies. The drive voltage on each of the first and second output nodes is fed back.

An operational amplifier includes an input differential stage having one external input receiving an external input voltage and two outputs; and two output stages. A switch section is provided between inputs of the two output stages and the two outputs of the input differential stage, and is configured to alternately connect the two outputs of the input differential stage and inputs of a positive-only output stage of the two output stages; and the two outputs of the input differential stage and inputs of a negative-only output stage of the two output stages.
