A vehicle door handle device includes: an electric part which is received within an internal space formed within a door handle so as to form a gap between the electric part and an inner surface of the door handle; and an elastic member which is fixed to the electric part, and is pressed against the inner surface of the door handle.

A vehicle door handle device includes a frame equipped on a vehicle door panel and a handgrip mounted on the frame and rotatable about a rotation center portion at one end portion of the handgrip. A second end portion of the handgrip forms an operation portion linked with a door lock mechanism. The handgrip is adapted to be rotated within a predetermined angle around the rotation center portion to operate the door lock mechanism when the operation portion is pulled away from the frame. A restriction mechanism is also provided to restrict chattering and/or dislocation of the handgrip from the frame. The restriction mechanism includes a projection and a groove provided between the frame and the handgrip. The projection is slidable in the groove during rotation of the handgrip and is able to contact a boundary of the groove in the inserting direction of the handgrip.

A vehicle door handle device includes a frame secured to the inside of the outer panel of a vehicle door and having a supporting portion and insertion holes, a link rotatably mounted on the frame and urged by an elastic member in one direction, and an outer handle mounted from outside the outer panel. The outer handle is adapted to operate the link to rotate the link against the rotational urging force of the elastic member. The link possesses a first engaging portion and axle portions having two faced portions. The frame is provided with slots for inserting the two faced portions and supporting holes for rotatably supporting the axle portions. The frame also includes a second engaging portion which engages the first engaging portion for holding the link in a preliminary holding position.

A handle lever is rotatable and movable in an axial direction relative to a frame and when the handle lever is rotatably moved from a predetermined position in a rotation direction with a predetermined amount against a urging force of a rotative urging spring and also moved from a predetermined position in the axial direction with a predetermined amount against a urging force of an axial urging spring, an engaging hook of the handle lever is engaged with an engaging portion of the frame in the rotation direction and the axial direction for holding the handle lever in a tentative holding position.

Outside door handle assembly

An outside door handle assembly for an automobile includes a handle lever that follows the motion of an outside handle. When a transverse load in excess of a predetermined value acts upon the vehicle as the result of an impact at the side thereof, the handle lever is caused to swing in the transverse direction outwardly of the vehicle against the biasing force of a spring. As a result, an opening lever in a door lock device is placed in an inoperative state so that the door will not open accidentally during a side collision.

An outside door handle assembly for a vehicle comprises a case mounted to a vehicle door, a handle rotatably supported by the case and having a grip portion and a pair of supporting arms extending from the grip portion, a balance weight, disposed between the pair of supporting arms in such a manner as to oppose the grip portion with respect to a rotational center of the handle, fixed to the pair of supporting arms at both ends thereof and having substantially the same weight as that of the grip portion, a shaft portion formed on one end of the balance weight and extending through one of the pair of supporting arm and an operation portion mounted to the shaft portion and connected to a door lock mechanism.

Outside door handle assembly for a vehicle

An inside door handle assembly includes a handle rotatably held on a base to be secured to a vehicle's door and a knob rotatably held on the base. The base has first, second and third upright walls. The handle is disposed with respect to the first and second upright walls to cover the top of the second upright wall and the knob is disposed with respect to the second and third upright walls. The lateral movement of the handle is limited by the knob, thereby preventing the handle from becoming detached from the base.
