A lead frame magazine conveying device including magazine guides that guide the lead frame magazine to be conveyed. The magazine guide comprises a fixed guide and a movable guide which is a bar attached at the end of a swing lever. When the movable guide is brought into contact with one side of the lead frame magazine, the swing lever is tightened by a screw so as not to swing, thus turning the movable guide so as to be immovable, making it possible to smoothly guide the lead frame magazine in cooperation with the fixed guide which is in contact with another side of the lead frame magazine.

Magazine conveying device

A lead frame magazine conveying device including vertically provided magazine loader and unloader sections and an elevator system which transfers the lead frame magazine between the magazine loader and unloader sections after bringing the magazine to lead frame receiving or feed out positions. The conveying device further includes a magazine pressing assembly which presses and corrects the attitude of the magazine in the elevator so that the elevator can move the magazine after its attitude is corrected properly by the magazine pressing assembly.

A device for picking up, via suction, a lead frame from a lead frame magazine and placing it on a guide rail so that the lead frame is fed to a bonding machine. This device includes a plurality of lead frame suction nozzles disposed in at least two parallel rows such that one row of the two parallel rows of the lead frame suction nozzles is movable toward and away from an other row of the lead frame suction nozzles. In addition, the lead frame suction nozzles in each of the two rows can be moved closer to and away from each other within each of the rows.

Suction holding assembly for lead frames

A lead frame magazine conveying device including vertically provided magazine loader and unloader sections and an elevator system which transferred the lead frame magazine between the magazine loader and unloader sections, and the conveying device further including a a shutter that is movable back and forth so as to come into contact with or close to a magazine which has been transferred onto the magazine unloader section, thus preventing the magazine from falling over and from dropping from the magazine unloader section.

A lead frame suction holding device including a suction holder which is movable horizontally and vertically and is provided with two rows of guide plates. A plurality of suction nozzles are installed on each of the two rows of guide plates so as to suction-hold opposite edges of a lead frame, and between the two rows of suction nozzles on the guide plate is provided a detection terminal and a paper suction nozzle which respectively detects and removes paper placed between lead frames which is accommodated in a lead frame magazine.
