Structure for securing diaphragm, and diaphragm pump and valve device equipped with the same

By a securing structure, a diaphragm dividing a space into a first chest and a second chest, is secured to a case forming forms the space therein. The case has a first frame having a first concave portion for forming the first chest, and a second frame having a second concave portion for forming the second chest. An edge portion of the diaphragm is compressed and held between the first frame and the second frame which are fitted with each other. The securing structure has a fastener for constricting the first arm portions of the first frame and the second arm portions of the second frame from the outside of the case.

Structure for securing diaphragm, diaphragm pump and valve device equipped with the same, and method of securing diaphragm

The valve device has a valve main body defining a valve chest provided with a NO outlet port and a NC outlet port through which a fluid flows, and a valve for opening/closing the NC outlet port and NO outlet port. The valve includes a diaphragm disposed so as to cover the valve chest, and a drive means for pressing the diaphragm to open/close the NC outlet port and NO outlet port. The first valve seat and the second valve seat are formed around the NC outlet port and NO outlet port. The diaphragm is made of an elastic material of which JIS-K6253 durometer A hardness is A50-A85. The pressure of the diaphragm seated on the first valve seat and the second valve seat is 0.5-1.0 N/sq&#xb7;mm.
