A coat film transfer head device having a coat film transfer head held at a tape pressing and transferring position suited to the user's manner of holding a writing tool, and capable of checking the tape pressing and transferring position directly and visually. It comprises a head main body for pressing and transferring a coat film transfer tape, a head holder for supporting the head main body rotatably about its axial center, and a rotating operation unit for positioning the head main body in the rotating direction, and this rotating operation unit functions also as the head position indicating unit for indicating the tape pressing and transferring position of the head main body. Therefore, the user can check the tape pressing and transferring position directly and visually.

Coat film transfer head device and coat film transfer tool

A clutch mechanism having an easy-to-manufacture and inexpensive constitution, by making use of frictional engaging force in thrust direction, in a coat film transfer tool of automatic winding type. At least at the feed reel side, a clutch mechanism is provided between a driven member of a tape winding portion and a drive side rotary gear for rotating and driving it, and its power transmission makes use of the frictional engaging force in thrust direction between the driven member and drive side rotary gear. This frictional engaging force can be set by properly adjusting the dimensional relation in thrust direction between the mutual constituent members, and therefore the designing and manufacturing conditions of the constituent members are less strict, manufacture is easy, assembling is easy, and hence the manufacturing cost and device cost can be lowered.

Therefore as compared with the conventional plastic container, the rate of use of materials in the entire device of the support main body itself is substantially curtailed.

In a refill type coat film transfer tool for use in horizontal drawing, a small, simple and inexpensive tape cartridge is presented, in which the coat film transfer tape can be replaced easily, quickly and securely, and it can be held and used like a writing tool corresponding to the manner of holding a writing tool by the user. On a support board, a rotatable feed reel winding a coat film transfer tape thereon, a rotatable take-up reel for recovering the coat film transfer tape after use, and a coat film transfer head for pressing the coat film transfer tape to a transfer area are provided. The support board rotatably supports the opposite side ends of the rotary shafts of both reels detachably and rotatably supported on the rotary support shafts of the case of the coat film transfer tool, and the coat film transfer head is supported on the head holding portion of the support board rotatably about the head axial center.

Tape cartridge for coat film transfer tool and coat film transfer tool

A small, simple and inexpensive tape cartridge to be detachably mounted on a refill type coat film transfer tool to be used in lateral draw position, capable of replacing the coat film transfer tape easily, promptly and securely. A coat film transfer head for pressurizing a coat film transfer tape to a transfer area, and a flat support board are formed integrally, and a feed reel accommodating a coat film transfer tape and a take-up reel for collecting the coat film transfer tape after use are rotatably installed on this support board. The leading end pressurizing portion of the coat film transfer head H is in a linear edge form extending nearly vertical to the axial line of rotation of both reels supported on the support board, and the support board rotatably supports opposite side ends of rotary shafts of both reels supported detachably and rotatably on the rotary support shafts of the case.

A clutch mechanism easy to manufacture, high in assembling precision, and simple and inexpensive in structure, in a automatic takeup coat film transfer tool. A tape core on which a coat film transfer tape is wound is held and supported from both sides in the axial direction by a payout rotary gear and a rewind button, and the tape core and payout rotary gear are frictionally engaged with each other in the rotating direction by force transmitting means making use of frictional force by thrust load. This power transmitting means is composed of plural engaging protrusions elastically deformable in the axial direction, provided integrally to the payout rotary gear, and these engaging protrusions are elastically engaged with the axial end of the tape core by a specified pressing force, by the axial engaging force of the payout rotary gear and rewind button.

A tape cartridge detachably attached to a refill type coating film transfer tool that allows replacement of coating film transfer tapes. The cartridge is formed in a compact size and simple structure using fewer components than prior devices. The cartridge is made up of a rotatable pay-out reel with a coating film transfer tape wound thereabout, a rotatable take-up winding reel for collecting a used tape, and a head therebetween for pressing the tape onto a transfer area. All of these elements are provided on a support base, which is in a form of a thin flat plate. The structure is small and simple. The tape is paid out from pay-out reel, passed through the leading end pressing part of the head, and then taken up on the take-up winding reel. When replacing the tape cartridges, the support base with both reels and the head as mounted on the pay-out rotation part, the take-up winding rotation part, and a cylindrical half in the leading end of the case main body.

Tape cartridge for coating film transfer tool and coating film transfer

A tape cartridge detachably attached to a refill type coating film transfer tool that allows replacement of coating film transfer tapes, and formed in a compact size and simple structure using fewer components. The tape cartridge has a compact size and simple structure, comprising a pay-out reel with a coating film transfer tape wound thereabout and a winding reel for collecting a used tape rotatably provided in a support base in a form of a flat plate, and the reels are detachably engaged, respectively, with a pay-out rotation part and a winding rotation part rotatably provided in a case of the coating film transfer tool for integral movement therewith. In order to replace a tape cartridge, the support base is placed on the rotation parts, while the reels are in engagement with the rotation parts, respectively, then, the tape is set to a head.

A coating film transfer tool having such a construction as to allow the user to use with a writing tool-like feeling, whether in vertical pulling or in lateral pulling, depending on the user's manner of holding a writing tool. A coating film transfer head is adjustable in angle about its axial line, and by adjusting the head angle according to the application of the user or depending on the user's manner of holding a writing tool, the user can grip the case like holding a writing tool, and press a coating film transfer tape tightly onto the sheet surface or the like by the front end pressing part of the head.

Coating film transfer tool

A coating film transfer tool having a structure for allowing use as a kind of so-called writing tool and replacement of a coating film transfer tape. By placing a coating film transfer head in a coating film transfer tape replacement position, a coating film transfer tape can be guided in parallel with its winding attitude about pay-out reel and winding reel by a leading pressing part, and the coating film transfer tape can be easily detached from the head. On the other hand, by the head in an application position, the coating film transfer tape is guided by the leading pressing part, approximately directly facing to gripping surfaces of the case. Accordingly, the coating film transfer tape can be tightly pressed against a sheet surface or the like by holding the case itself like a writing tool.
