It is aimed to provide a fuse element capable of interrupting an electrical circuit while suppressing the formation of carbide when an abnormal current is generated. A fuse elementis provided with an insulating base material, a conductor layerprovided on a surface of the base materialand an insulating protection layerprovided on a surface of the conductor layer. The protection layerhas a specific heat of 1.1 J·g·Kor more and a specific gravity of 1.0 g·cmor more.

Fuse element

A wiring module including a flexible printed wiring board to be electrically connected to a plurality of power storage elements, wherein the flexible printed wiring board includes: a base film that has insulating properties and has a first surface and a second surface; an adhesive layer that has adhesive properties and is stacked onto the first surface of the base film; a conductive path that is stacked onto the first surface of the base film using the adhesive layer; and a coverlay that is stacked onto the first surface of the base film using the adhesive layer, and covers the first surface of the base film and the conductive path, the conductive path has a fuse portion forming a part of a circuit and having a smaller cross-sectional area than another part of the conductive path, and a resin portion that includes a synthetic resin with insulating properties.

Wiring module

An electric cable includes a terminal, and a manufacture method thereof is to suppress shedding of wire strands from a core wire. The electric cable with terminal includes an end of an electric cable connected to the terminal. The electric cable includes a core wire that is a bundle of a plurality of wire strands. The terminal includes a connection portion in which the core wire is exposed at the end of the electric cable. The core wire is placed on the connection portion including a welded portion that is to be ultrasonic welded to the connection portion. The welded portion includes a high compression portion in which the core wire is compressed, and a low compression portion in which a position that is closer than the high compression portion to the end of the core wire is compressed at a compression lower than that of the high compression portion.

A connection module includes an insulation protector including a bus bar holder holding a bus bar. The insulation protector includes connection units. The connection units include two end connection units at two ends of the insulation protector, and intermediate connection units that are between the two end connection units. The two end connection units are connection units having a same structure, and one of the end connection units is relatively rotated by 180 degrees in a plan view with respect to another one of the end connection units, and each of the end connection units is connected to a corresponding intermediate connection unit.

A busbar module () includes a busbar () having a plate-like body () electrically connectable to battery cells (), a barrel () composed of a cut-and-raised portion () formed on the plate-like body () and a wire () fixed to the barrel (). Integration of the plate-like body () to be connected to the battery cells () and the barrel () to be fixed to the wire () achieves a weight reduction.

In a connection module attached to a single battery group from a first direction, a detection terminal connected to an electrode terminal of the single battery group includes: a body portion made of a metal plate material formed in an approximately rectangular plate shape; and a projection portion in a plate shape connected to a base edge of the body portion and having a plate surface intersecting with a plate surface of the body portion. An insulation protector of the connection module includes a holding portion holding the detection terminal in a posture in which the plate surface of the body portion is orthogonal to the first direction. The holding portion includes a locking piece. A lower surface of a claw portion provided at the lower end of the locking piece locks the plate surface of the body portion and restricts the movement of the detection terminal in the first direction.

Connection module for a power storage group of plural power storage elements

A bus bar that requires less installation space, and can reliably position and hold an electric wire. An electrical wire is to be connected to a bus bar, and the bus bar is to be joined to an electrode terminal of an electricity storage element. The bus bar includes: an electrical wire connection portion that is constituted by a member included in the bus bar, is provided in an end portion of the bus bar, and to which an end portion of the electrical wire is to be connected. The electrical wire connection portion includes a core wire connection portion to which a core wire of the electrical wire is to be connected; and a positioning and holding portion that is configured to position the electrical wire in a direction (a direction indicated by an arrow Z) that is orthogonal to an axial direction of the electrical wire in plan view, and to hold the electrical wire.

Bus bar and connection module provided with the bus bar

A wiring module includes an insulating protector that holds a connection member for connecting adjacent electrode terminals, and a temperature detecting member for detecting the temperature of the connection member. The temperature detecting member includes a temperature detecting element, an electric wire connected to the temperature detecting element, an element accommodating section in which the temperature detecting element is accommodated and through which the electric wire is led, and a detection section that is contiguous to the element accommodating section and is arranged to be in contact with the connection member. The element accommodating section is arranged in parallel or perpendicular to the line connecting the shaft centers of two electrode terminals that are connected to each other by the connection member.

A wiring module to be attached to a power storage element group in which a plurality of power storage elements each having positive and negative electrode terminals are lined up includes: an insulating protector having a connection member holding section for holding a connection member that electrically connects adjacent electrode terminals; a temperature detecting member that is arranged so as to be in contact with the connection member held by the connection member holding section and is configured to detect the temperature of the connection member; a cover configured to cover the insulating protector; and a restricting member configured to restrict movement of the temperature detecting member by covering the insulating protector with the cover.

A wiring module includes a connecting member configured to connect neighboring electrode terminals of electrical storage elements that each have a positive electrode terminal and a negative electrode terminal and an insulating protector that accommodates the connecting member. The insulating protector includes a main body configured to hold the connecting member, an insulating cover that is supported by the main body so as to be capable of moving to a closed position in which the insulating cover covers at least part of the connecting member, and an electric wire guide that can be laid over at least a portion of the insulating cover located in the closed position and that has an electric wire passing portion through which an electric wire can be passed.

A wiring module that includes a connecting member for connecting adjacent electrode terminals of a plurality of electricity storage elements that have a positive electrode terminal and a negative electrode terminal; an insulating protector that has a partition wall surrounding the connecting member and that accommodates the connecting member; and a detection terminal that is connected to an end portion of an electric wire and that is laid over the connecting member.
