A compressed air introduction part () capable of introducing compressed air into an air passage () of a cylinder body () is provided. The compressed air introduction part () has a compressed air exit port () formed in the shape of a ring that extends circumferentially about a cylinder-center axis (C) of the cylinder body (). An annular protuberance surface portion () is formed on an inner circumferential surface forming the air passage () on an air blowout port () side of the compressed air exit port (), and a protuberance surface () of the annular protuberance surface portion () is shaped so as to extend from a peripheral edge portion of the air blowout port () side of the compressed air exit port () along the radial direction of the cylinder body () and to then gradually curve and extend toward the air blowout port () side.

A chip scattering prevention cover () is attached to a head portion () of a rotary cutter (). The cover () includes an annular portion () configured to be detachably fitted over an outer peripheral edge of the head portion (), and a plate portion () extending inwardly of the annular portion () from an inner circumference portion of the annular portion (). The plate portion () is configured to cover a region of a cutout gap () of the rotary cutter () corresponding to the head portion () with the annular portion () being fitted over the head portion (). The annular portion () and the plate portion () are flush with a surface of the head portion () when the annular portion () is fitted over the head portion ().

Chip-scattering prevention cover

In the present disclosure, a housing () has a housing passageway (R) housing a plurality of electrodes () linearly therewithin. An electrode withdrawal opening (R) communicating with the housing passageway (R) is formed on one end of the housing (). A pressing unit () presses toward one end of the housing passageway (R) the plurality of electrodes () arranged side by side and housed in the housing passageway (R). A lever member () is swung to switch between a state where withdrawal of the electrode () from the electrode withdrawal opening (R) is restrained and a state where the electrode withdrawal opening (R) is exposed. A regulating coil spring () urges and swings the lever member () to one side.

Spot welding electrode housing apparatus

In the present disclosure, a pair of removing members () are provided to be able to move toward and away from each other. Each of the removing members () includes a nail (A,B) capable of being inserted into a gap (S) between a large diameter portion () and an electrode tip (), and a protrusion () extending in a direction intersecting with a direction of insertion of the nail (A,B) into the gap. The protrusions () of one and the other one of the removing members () are axially supported respectively by first and second support portions () provided on one end of an arm member (). The first support portion () is in the shape of a groove that is shaped to be gradually closer to the other one of the removing members as progressing toward the other end of the arm member ().

Electrode tip removal device and hammer

A pressing unit presses a plurality of electrodes housed in a housing path in a housing case toward an electrode outlet port. When a lever member swings to one side, a distal end of the lever member comes to be in a first position in which the lever member covers a part of the electrode outlet port. When the lever member swings to the other side, the lever member comes to be in a second position in which the distal end exposes the electrode outlet port. A first coil spring is disposed between a proximal end of the lever member and a first side surface portion of the housing case, and biases the proximal end of the lever member to a direction away from the housing case.

Provided is a method for grinding electrode tips such that the method is capable of detecting irregular grinding when the maximum torque does not occur. Specifically, a tip dresser includes a holder holding a cutter, a servo motor unit allowing the holder to rotate, and a controller controlling the operation of the servo motor unit. The servo motor unit outputs a torque occurrence signal to the controller when a load torque reaches a predetermined value in regular grinding of a pair of electrode tips. The controller detects irregular grinding when not receiving the torque occurrence signal within a time that corresponds to an elapsed time in the regular grinding.

Method for grinding electrode tip

A rotary cutter includes a pair of recessed receivers which receive the respective tip ends of a pair of electrode tips, and a through portion which runs through in a rotation axis direction and provides an opening that communicates with each of the recessed receivers. A cover case covers the lower recessed receiver of the rotary cutter and has a notch which is associated with the lower recessed receiver. Over the upper recessed receiver of the rotary cutter, a cover plate is fixed to cover the upper recessed receiver. An electrode tip insertion hole is cut through a center portion of the cover plate.

Tip dresser

A rotary work device includes: a first output gear into which a holder is fitted; a second output gear into which a cutter is fitted; a second intermediate gear meshing with both the output gears; and a servomotor rotating the second intermediate gear. A control panel includes a memory storing a first rotational speed and a second rotational speed that is higher than the first rotational speed. When an electrode detachment operation is performed, both the output gears are rotated at the first rotational speed, and when an electrode cutting operation is performed, both the output gears are rotated at the second rotational speed.

Rotary work device

A small camera module is simply assembled in a short time, while reducing displacement of a camera relative to the first and second frames. Specifically, the camera module is assembled by bending a pair of clips to engage engaging portions of the clips with engaging recesses of the first and second frames to fix the first frame, camera holders, and the second frame, with the first and second frames located at both sides of each camera holder with a housing recess facing outward, and using resilient force of each of the clips to press the camera with a projection of the clip.

Electrode inspection apparatus for spot welding

Provided is a spot welding electrode housing apparatus having a reduced size such that an operation of mounting electrodes on a welding gun is less likely to affect a line takt time. Specifically, a rotation regulator positioned adjacent to a rotating plate in a direction of a rotation axis is configured to allow the rotating plate to abut against an electrode housed and held in a first recess or a second recess and thereby to regulate a rotation of the rotating plate toward one direction around the rotation axis when the rotating plate rotationally biased by a spiral spring toward the one direction around the rotation axis is allowed to rotate toward the other direction around the rotation axis against a biasing force of the spiral spring.

What is provided is a tip dresser () capable of smoothly discharging shavings () by a breaker () provided on a cutter (). The tip dresser includes a cutter () having cutting blades () for cutting the tip end portions () of a pair of electrode tips () and an attaching hole (), a holder () to which the cutter is attached by screwing an attaching screw () inserted through the attaching hole, and a rotary drive portion that holds rotatably the holder. On the surface side () of the cutter, the breaker () for discharging shavings is disposed. The breaker is formed into a plate shape having an insertion hole () through which the attaching screw is inserted to tighten the breaker together with the cutter by an attaching screw. The breaker has, on the periphery of an attaching substrate portion () extending in a substantially plane shape from the peripheral edge of the insertion hole, inclined guide surfaces () that guide the shavings () produced from the portions of the cutting blades away from the surface side () are formed to bulge from flat portions () near the cutting blades while inclining from the flat portions.
