A method for producing an LGPS-type solid electrolyte can be provided, the method includes preparing a homogeneous solution by mixing and reacting LiS and PSin an organic solution such that the molar ratio of LiS/PSis 1.0-1.85; forming a precipitate by adding, to the homogeneous solution, at least one MS(M is selected from the group consisting of Ge, Si, and Sn) and LiS and then mixing; obtaining a precursor by removing the organic solution from the precipitate; and obtaining the LGPS-type solid electrolyte by heating the precursor at 200-700&#xb0; C.

Method for producing LGPS-based solid electrolyte

The present invention can provide a production method for a solid electrolyte having LiPS, said method characterized by including: a solution-making step in which a homogenous solution is prepared by mixing LiS and PSinto an organic solvent; and a precipitation step in which further LiS is added to and mixed in the homogenous solution and a precipitate is formed. Preferably, the embodiment either has a molar ratio (LiS/PS) between the LiS and the PSin the solution-making step of 1.0-1.85 or has further LiS added to the homogenous solution in the precipitation step such that the molar ratio becomes LiS/PS=2.7-3.3.

Production method for solid electrolyte having Li3PS4

The present invention provides an LGPS-based solid electrolyte production method characterized by having a step in which a mixture of LiPScrystals having a peak at 420&#xb1;10 cmin a Raman measurement and LiMScrystals (M being selected from the group consisting of Ge, Si, and Sn) is heat treated at 300-700&#xb0; C. In addition, the present invention can provide an LGPS-based solid electrolyte production method characterized by having: a step in which LiPScrystals having a peak at 420&#xb1;10 cmin a Raman measurement, LiS crystals, and sulfide crystals indicated by MS(M being selected from the group consisting of Ge, Si, and Sn) are mixed while still having crystals present and a precursor is synthesized; and a step in which the precursor is heat treated at 300-700&#xb0; C.
