An object of the present invention is to develop an NBR composition excellent in an adhesive strength with a saponified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer layer, and a laminate excellent in an adhesive strength of an NBR layer with a saponified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer layer; and the present invention relates to an acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber composition comprising an acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber and a silane-modified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer of 0 to 50 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber, and a laminate comprising an acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber layer comprising the composition and the saponified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer layer through an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer layer.

An object of the present invention is to provide a laminate of an olefin-type rubber, which is non-polar or has a small polarity and which is difficult to bond with a different material, and a rubber comprising Group 15 elements, which is a different kind of rubber. The laminate according to the present invention includes a structure including, in order, an olefin-type rubber layer (A); an adhesive resin layer (B) containing at least one selected from the group consisting of an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer, a silane-modified ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer, an ethylene/acrylic acid copolymer and an ionomer thereof, and an ethylene/methacrylic acid copolymer and an ionomer thereof; and a layer (C) containing a rubber containing Group 15 elements.

An object of the present invention is to provide a novel ethylene/α-olefin/non-conjugated polyene copolymer containing a certain non-conjugated polyene such as VNB as a copolymerization component, having a low long-chain branching content, excellent in cure characteristics in the case of crosslinking by using peroxide, and having good processability. The ethylene/α-olefin/non-conjugated polyene copolymer according to the present invention has constitutional units derived from ethylene (A), an α-olefin (B) having 3 to 20 carbon atoms, and a non-conjugated polyene (C) having a total of two or more partial structures selected from the group consisting of the following general formulas (I) and (II) in a molecule, and satisfies certain requirements.

This ethylene-based polymer is an ethylene&#x22c5;&#x3b1;-olefin&#x22c5;non-conjugated polyene copolymer that includes units derived from ethylene (A), units derived from an &#x3b1;-olefin (B) containing 4-20 carbon atoms, and units derived from a non-conjugated polyene (C) and satisfies (1)-(4). (1) The molar ratio of (A) to (B) is 40/60-90/10, (2) the contained amount of the units derived from (C) is 0.1-6.0 mol %, (3) ML125&#xb0; C. is 5-100, and (4) the B value is 1.20 or more.

(1) 1.7 to 20 parts by mass of dicumyl peroxide and 2 to 20 parts by mass of a metal oxide; (2) 20 to 120 parts by mass of a hydrophilic fumed silica; and (3) 5 to 50 parts by mass of an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer (B).

[Solution] Produced are: a thermoplastic elastomer composition obtained by dynamically crosslinking a mixture containing a crystalline olefin polymer (A), an ethylene/&#x3b1;-olefin (having 4-20 carbon atoms)/unconjugated polyene copolymer (1B) that satisfies specific requirements, and a phenol resin-based crosslinking agent (C); and an ethylene-&#x3b1;-olefin/unconjugated polyene copolymer (2B) that satisfies specific requirements.

A railroad rail track pad composition including a particular ethylene&#xb7;&#x3b1;-olefin&#xb7;non-conjugated polyene random copolymer (A), clay (B), and a sulfur atom-containing silane coupling agent (C) is used in order to lower the viscosity of a rubber composition that is a raw material for molding while suppressing lowering of the rubber elasticity of a crosslinked and molded product to be obtained. In addition, a molded product obtained by crosslinking the composition, particularly a molded product obtained by crosslinking and foam-molding the composition, is provided with rubber elasticity that is suitable as a railroad rail track pad.
