A method of decomposing a fluidic product () having a plurality of particles () is disclosed. The method includes inductively heating the fluidic product () at a first predetermined temperature while flowing through a temperature rising portion () having a first heating region formed of at least one metal pipe () by using a first heating induction coil () surrounding the first heating region; holding a temperature of the fluidic product () at approximately the first predetermined temperature for a predetermined reaction period while flowing through a temperature holding portion () having a second heating region formed of at least one metal pipe () by inductively heating the temperature holding portion () using a second heating induction coil () surrounding the second heating region; and decomposing the fluidic product () while flowing through the temperature rising portion () and the temperature holding portion () during the predetermined reaction period.

A superheated steam generator includes an introduction section for introducing saturated steam into hollow pipe members arranged as steam flow passages and acting as inductively heated elements, and a discharge section for discharging superheated steam from the flow passages, wherein a turbulence generator is disposed in each of the steam flow passages to accelerate heat transfer to the steam in the pipe members, wherein the turbulence generator is a zigzag bent member disposed in the steam flow passage, and a zigzag bending pitch of the bent member changes from rough to minute from the introduction section to the discharge section.

There has been achieved a sludge dehydrating processor with less mechanical operation and with satisfactory dehydrating efficiency and heating efficiency. In order to process and convert sludge including an organic substance into solid fertilizer, a heating treatment zone for feeding and sterilizing an object to be treated and a dehydrating treatment/retrieving zone for separating water from the object to be treated and retrieving a treated object are provided. In the heating treatment zone, induction heating for efficiently heating the object to be treated without rotating a kiln body is introduced. In the dehydrating treatment/retrieving zone, a vortex air current producing mechanism for efficiently drying the object to be treated without rotating a dehydrating treatment chamber is introduced.

Disclosed herein is a method for bonding a resin part, which comprises disposing a magnetic complex composed of a resin and magnetic particles as a heating-medium at the resin parts to be bonded, and applying an alternating magnetic field to the heating-medium by using a magnetic field generating means composed of an electromagnetic core and an exciting coil, thereby making said heating-medium generate heat for fuse-bonding said resins.
