A system of treating waste materials () is provided, and includes a waste treatment reactor () configured to treat the waste materials. The waste treatment reactor () has a cylindrical body () having an inlet () to receive the waste materials, a waste chamber () to store the waste materials, and an outlet () configured to deliver treated waste materials out of the waste chamber. A bundle reactor () has the waste treatment reactor and performs a waste treatment for the waste materials stored in the waste chamber. An energy recirculation assembly () is connected to the bundle reactor and recirculates thermal energy associated with the bundle reactor during the waste treatment. The energy recirculation assembly () has a heating unit () to heat a first region of the bundle reactor, and a cooling unit () to cool a second region of the bundle reactor.

A method of decomposing a fluidic product () having a plurality of particles () is disclosed. A superheated steam generator includes an introduction section for introducing saturated steam into hollow pipe members arranged as steam flow passages and acting as inductively heated elements, and a discharge section for discharging superheated steam from the flow passages, wherein a turbulence generator is disposed in each of the steam flow passages to accelerate heat transfer to the steam in the pipe members, wherein the turbulence generator is a zigzag bent member disposed in the steam flow passage, and a zigzag bending pitch of the bent member changes from rough to minute from the introduction section to the discharge section.

In order to process and convert sludge including an organic substance into solid fertilizer, a heating treatment zone for feeding and sterilizing an object to be treated and a dehydrating treatment/retrieving zone for separating water from the object to be treated and retrieving a treated object are provided. In the heating treatment zone, induction heating for efficiently heating the object to be treated without rotating a kiln body is introduced. In the dehydrating treatment/retrieving zone, a vortex air current producing mechanism for efficiently drying the object to be treated without rotating a dehydrating treatment chamber is introduced.

Disclosed herein is a method for bonding a resin part, which comprises disposing a magnetic complex composed of a resin and magnetic particles as a heating-medium at the resin parts to be bonded, and applying an alternating magnetic field to the heating-medium by using a magnetic field generating means composed of an electromagnetic core and an exciting coil, thereby making said heating-medium generate heat for fuse-bonding said resins.
