A power supply control device controls power supply through a wire. A first current output circuit is configured to output, to a temperature difference circuit, a current that is larger the larger a wire current, which flows through the wire is. The temperature difference circuit is configured to output a voltage that is higher the larger a temperature difference between a wire temperature of the wire and an ambient temperature in the surroundings of the wire is. A drive circuit is configured to interrupt a flow of the wire current if the output voltage of the temperature difference circuit is at least a voltage threshold.

Power supply control device

An in-vehicle device of the present invention includes a fuse and an upstream capacitor having one end connected to a connection node upstream of the fuse in a current path of current that flows through the fuse. One end of a downstream capacitor is connected to a connection node downstream of the fuse in the current path. A determiner determines whether or not the fuse is blown based on an upstream voltage that passed through the upstream capacitor and a downstream voltage that passed through the downstream capacitor.

In-vehicle device

In a second detection circuit, a current output device outputs, to a circuit resistor, a current corresponding to a circuit voltage between an input terminal of a second FET to which a current is input and ground of a second drive circuit that switches the second FET ON or OFF. The second detection circuit outputs a voltage between two ends of the circuit resistor. A voltage between the ground of the second drive circuit and a downstream end of the circuit resistor is higher than 0 V.

Detection circuit and power supply control device

A first ECU (control device) controls power supplied through a power supply switch, by turning the power supply switch on or off. A second ECU (switching device) turns a power switch on or off. In the first ECU, a processing unit executes non-power supply control processing different from processing relating to control of power supplied through the power supply switch. After a current conduction fault in which a current flows through the power supply switch despite an instruction being given to turn off the power supply switch is detected, the second ECU alternately turns the power switch on and off repeatedly.

Power supply control system and processing method

A power supply control device includes a first switch, a second switch, and a control unit. The control unit performs a first control of turning the first switch on, and performs, if an abnormality is detected by an abnormality detection unit, on/off control of alternately turning the second switch on and off.

In a power feeding control device, N-channel first FET and second FET are located in a current path for current flowing from a positive terminal to a negative terminal. The drain of the first FET is located downstream of the source. The drain of the second FET is located upstream of the source. The cathode of a first diode is connected to the negative terminal. A first drive circuit and a second drive circuit switch ON or OFF the first FET and the second FET by adjusting the gates of the first FET and the second FET, with respect to the cathode of the first diode.

Power feeding control device

A power supply control apparatus controls power supply from a DC power source to a load by switching on or off a power supply FET. The current adjustment circuit adjusts the current flowing through the resistor circuit to a value obtained by dividing the voltage between the drain and the source of the power supply FET by the resistance value of the resistor circuit. A drive circuit switches off the power supply FET when a voltage across the detection resistor exceeds a predetermined voltage. The on-resistance value of the power supply FET fluctuates according on the ambient temperature of the power supply FET. The resistance value of the resistor circuit fluctuates in the same direction as the on-resistance value according to the ambient temperature of the power supply FET.

Power supply control apparatus

In a power supply system a power transmission unit capable of transmitting power supplied from a power supply; a transmission-side communication unit capable of communication; and a transmission-side control unit configured to control power transmission of the power transmission unit based on information communicated by the transmission-side communication unit, and a slidable object includes: a power receiving unit configured to contactlessly receive power from the power transmission coil; a determination unit configured to determine whether or not to transmit power from the power transmission coil to the power receiving unit; a receiving-side communication unit configured to transmit, to the transmission-side communication unit, information indicating a determination made by the determination unit as to whether or not to transmit power; and a power storage unit configured to supply power to the determination unit and does not supply power to the load L.

Power supply system

A drive device drives a motor serving as a load. A first upstream switch is disposed upstream from the motor and a first downstream switch is disposed downstream from the motor in a first current path of current flowing via the motor. A second upstream switch is disposed upstream from the motor and a second downstream switch is disposed downstream from the motor in a second current path of current flowing via the motor. A direction of the current flowing in the motor when current flows in the first current path is different from a direction of the current flowing in the motor when current flows in the second current path. The first upstream drive circuit stops flow of current via the first upstream switch when the current flowing through the first upstream switch becomes greater than or equal to a current threshold.

Drive device

A driving apparatus drives a load. An N-channel MOSFET is disposed downstream of the load on a current path of a current that flows via the load. A circuit resistor is connected between a direct current power source and the gate of the MOSFET. A first switch is connected between the gate and the source of the MOSFET. A microcomputer outputs a voltage relative to a potential at an output terminal of a second switch to a control terminal of the second switch. As a result, the second switch is turned ON or OFF. A switching circuit turns the first switch ON when the second switch is turned ON and turns the first switch OFF when the second switch is turned OFF.

Driving apparatus

A power supply control device controls power supply by switching on or off a first semiconductor switch and a second semiconductor switch that are arranged on a current path. A first diode and a second diode are connected between a drain and a source of the first semiconductor switch and the second semiconductor switch, respectively. Cathodes of the first diode and the second diode are arranged downstream and upstream of the respective anode on the current path. If current flows through the current path even though a microcomputer has given an instruction to switch the first semiconductor switch and the second semiconductor switch off, a first drive circuit switches the first semiconductor switch on.

In a drive device, a first connection circuit, a second connection circuit, and a third connection circuit are connected individually between an input end and an output end. A first motor is connected between a connection node between a first input switch and a first output switch of the first connection circuit and a connection node between a third intermediate switch and a third output switch of the third connection circuit. A second motor is connected between a connection node between a second input switch and a second output switch of the second connection circuit and a connection node between a third input switch and the third intermediate switch of the third connection circuit.

A power transfer device disclosed herein is a console installed in a vehicle. The console includes a power transfer panel and a wireless power transfer portion. The power transfer panel outputs microwaves receivable by a built-in power receiver antenna in an electronic device. The wireless power transfer portion in which the power transfer panel is disposed therein can hold the electronic device. A bottom wall, sidewalls, and a cover that define the wireless power transfer portion include microwave shields that shield the microwaves.
