Included are: an averaging process of performing averaging on measurement data in accordance with a ratio of amounts of deformation calculated in a first analysis process at other evaluation portions than a certain evaluation portion, with respect to the certain evaluation portion; an adjustment process of adjusting the ratio to achieve a higher correlation between a ratio of rigidity calculated from results of analyses between a second member and a first member and a ratio of movement calculated from the measurement data; and a rigidity changing process of changing, when a value of the measurement data at one of the evaluation portions on the completed member exceeds an allowable value, rigidity of the second member based on the correlation having undergone the adjustment in the adjustment process to allow the value of the measurement data to be below the allowable value.

Manufacturing method and accuracy management method

A vibration-sensor-integrated vibration exciterhas a chassis, an excitation unit, a magnet, a yoke, a vibration sensor, a fixed plate, a moving plate, coil springsto, a retaining plate, and a crisscross plate. Shaftstoare fixed to the fixed plate. The excitation unitis fixed to the crisscross plate. Four vibration-proof rubber memberstoare installed to the crisscross plateat 90-degree pitches with same radius centering on the excitation axis of the fixed excitation unit. The crisscross plateis installed to the retaining platethrough the vibration-proof rubber membersto. A vibration applied to the chassisis absorbed by the vibration-proof rubber membersto, to prevent the yokefrom being dislocated in lateral direction due to the vibration.

Vibration exciter

A panel assembly includes an outer member and an inner member, which overlap each other and jointly have an edge that includes a distal end portion of the outer member and a distal end portion projecting from an end of the inner member. The distal end portions are fastened together by sheet metal seaming. Boundary regions of the inner member between the distal end portion, which is seamed, and the end, which is not seamed, have respective clearances defined in the end, and which are spaced away from a seaming range in which the distal end portions are seamed.
